Extract from the Unified State Register
The Unified State Register extract is official document, which is issued and certified by Rosreestr. The document contains information about the property, all existing rights, as well as restrictions and encumbrances on the property. The extract is necessary when carrying out a purchase/sale transaction, for judicial authorities in case of property disputes, divorces, etc., it can be requested banking institutions when mortgage lending and a notary upon entering into an inheritance.
Extract from the Unified State Register on the transfer of rights
The document contains the history of the property, information about past and present owners, including shareholders with passport details and place of residence or registration. There is no information about encumbrances in the Unified State Register of Entry on the transfer of rights. The certificate is usually required to verify the property before purchasing real estate.
Certificate of absence from the Unified State Register
The certificate confirms the absence of real estate. It may also be called: a certificate of non-participation in privatization.
Cadastral passport
A cadastral passport is required for an apartment, house, land plot and any object commercial real estate and contains a description of the unique characteristics of the property and other information that depends on the type of property. The document is necessary for any real estate transactions. Customers are offered an online cadastral passport and a paper document certified by a seal.
Certificate of cadastral value
The document contains the cadastral value of the property (plot of land, house, apartment, etc.), information about which is included in the State Property Tax Code.
Cadastral extract

An extract from the State Tax Code is required in the following cases:

In KV1 there are general information about the land plot (number, territorial location, type of use and rights, category of land, parameters, price, etc.). If any information is missing, a note is made in the statement indicating the need for clarification. Section KV2 displays the site plan in graphical form. KV3 includes information about additional areas of the site, rights and encumbrances. KV4 is issued in cases where there are separate parts of the site; graphical information is presented here. KV5 contains a detailed description of territorial boundaries, and KV6 contains a description of border turning points with coordinates.
