Photo-gallery of building a house. Building a house with a sad ending (53 photos)

Each of us dreams of living in our own home, where you can come to relax from the bustle of the city. You can realize this dream by buying a ready-made house, but it is better to build it according to your own project, doing some of the work with your own hands. When the final decision is made, the question arises of where to start building a house. Of course, with the choice of a place for a house on a suburban area. Then you need to prepare project documentation and obtain the necessary permits.

What documents need to be issued before construction begins

It is important to complete all the documents correctly and obtain permission to build a house in the appropriate authorities. As a rule, this is the local administration or the authority authorized to issue such permits. Project documentation will be key to obtaining permits.

Construction of houses on garden plots is not as tightly regulated as in an urban residential area. As a rule, it is necessary to draw up a project that meets all the necessary requirements and provide documents for the land. At the exact location of the house, there must also be the consent of the administrative authorities.

House project

A high-quality project for the construction of a house includes all the necessary documentation. This documentation is prepared by the design organization. In most cases, the builder-contractor undertakes to perform all the work on a turnkey basis, including drawing up a complete project of the house, as well as preparing required documents for administrative bodies.

Where to begin?

First you need to familiarize yourself with the projects of already built houses, having studied the photo of the construction of the house. On the Internet, you can find photos of the construction of a building at all stages of the project, from an empty site to the moment when landscape work is completed near the built house and you can live in it.

Variety of ready standard solutions limitless. However, it is worth implementing your own project, although it will cost a little more. typical house. In this case, the designers will take into account all your wishes, as well as the ideas of family members.

What to build a house from

When building a house, you need to plan in advance at what time and how long it is supposed to live in it. If it is permanent, then you need to build a reliable warm house with heating and water supply. Electricity is a must in every home.

If there is a gas main nearby, it is best to provide the home with a gas supply. In this case, there will be no problems with heating or cooking. As a rule, the price for electricity outside the city is slightly higher than in the city. All these conditions determine the choice of materials for building a house.

Traditionally Vacation home built from wood or brick. Combined options are also possible. For example, a house made of timber can be overlaid with one layer of bricks. Get a warm and beautiful home.

If the first floor is completely brick, then the second floor is good to make of wood. The space under the roof should be turned into an attic, then you get an additional residential floor.

wooden house

Such a house will organically fit into the surrounding nature. It will be a warm and reliable home that will last for many decades without overhaul. It is best to build from a solid array of wood. If you use a modern rounded log, then no additional finishing is required, both from the inside and from the outside. It is better to impregnate the facade with a special compound that will increase the life of the tree.

For interiors, the semicircular sides of the log are quite suitable without additional finishing and decoration. If you use a solid untreated log for construction - an ordinary log house, then after a while it is better to overlay its front side with a layer of decorative brick. Such a house will serve more than one hundred years.

A building made of timber, the front sides of which are processed for decorative finishing, will become quite elegant and reliable. Such a house also does not need to be finished either outside or inside.

Relatively cheap option wooden house- shield building. If during construction residential buildings use modern shield panels, then such a dwelling will be warm enough and will not yield to solid wood in terms of strength.

Stone house

Stone modern house can be called conditional. Of course, now almost no one builds from natural stone. A brick house is in no way inferior to a stone building, which is used only for decorative finishes, and not for the sake of keeping the heat in the home.

Wood and stone require different construction technologies. The tree is initially processed on special equipment to facilitate the assembly process. All wooden buildings are, as a rule, the assembly of a finished house on the site. Brick - assembled directly on the site, literally brick by brick.

IN suburban construction widely used technologies monolithic structures when part of the house is being built from monolithic concrete. These are the most durable buildings, but expensive in price. For more convenience, consider the option brick house with a garage.

Foundation of the house

With any construction, the question arises which foundation to choose. The foundation can be:

  • solid monolithic - the most reliable basis for any home;
  • tape - a lightweight foundation made of concrete, when a minimum amount of building materials is used;
  • foundation on concrete pillars - when ground water are located close to the surface of the earth or it makes no sense to build a solid foundation;
  • piles - are used, as a rule, at high groundwater, when it is impossible to use solid types of foundations on soft and marshy soils.

If the type of soil allows you to make a deep enough basement into which groundwater will not flow, it should be done. In this case, all auxiliary and technical premises can be placed in the lower part of the house, and your home will receive additional space.

Of course, it must be taken into account that the cost of construction in this case will increase significantly. Quality basements are very expensive.

How to choose a contractor

Of course, it is best to contact a contractor who will provide all types of high quality work. An ideal option for building a turnkey house. It should be borne in mind that finishing a brick building will cost more than a wooden one.

Particular attention should be paid to electrical work. With frequent power outages, the project must provide for an autonomous power generator. Heating, most likely, will also be autonomous, for plumbing equipment you need to build an additional room.

If a heating boiler is to be used, it will require fire safety regulations to be taken into account. An important role is played by the installation of equipment for the disposal of biological waste on the site. To do this, the project must provide a place near the house.

What points to pay attention to?

Any construction of a house on a plot outside the city requires considerable effort and will take enough time. It's no secret that the construction of some houses stretches for many years, and sometimes for decades. To prevent this from happening, it is worth carefully considering and calculating all stages from design work to settlement.

It is very demanding to approach the choice of a contractor. Trust only specialists who have proven themselves in the market. If a decision is made to build a house without finishing, then subsequent finishing work may approach the cost of the construction itself.

Photo of the construction of a private house

The construction of residential buildings is one of the important branches of construction. Housing is being built always and everywhere - it is simply impossible to do without it. Housing construction can be different: it is high-rise or low-rise construction, brick or monolithic, etc. Today I want to show several main stages of building a monolithic multi-storey building. For better clarity, photos of the construction of different houses will be used.

The first stage of building a house itself is earthworks. Those. First, they dig a foundation pit for the foundation of the future building. After the foundation pit is ready, the pile field is driven. Piles are not always driven, but in our city this is done quite often. Whether piles are needed or not depends on the geological conditions of the site chosen for construction.
The photo on the left just shows a section of the pile field. On the right, the equipment for the first stage of construction work is located - an excavator for excavating a pit and a piling machine.

Here is another piling machine. Such machines are different - which one to work depends on the type of piling work carried out and on the type of piles used. As a rule, in our city either driven piles or bored (bored injection) piles are used. Driven piles are usually reinforced concrete rods. To immerse them in the ground, only special devices are required. Therefore, in individual construction they are rarely used. The high cost of the piles themselves, as well as the rental of equipment, leave their mark.
Most often used bored piles. First, a hole is made in the soil with a special drill, into which a reinforced frame is then inserted by a machine. Then the well is filled with concrete solution, which fills all the voids.

Here, the process of preparing a well for a future bored pile is shown.

Pile field closer. Bored piles are visible here.

General form

Then the foundation is made. This is the basis of any building, a guarantee that the structure will stand for many years without deformation. The main function of the foundation is to carry the mass of the building, and the key requirement for it is strength. The foundations are also different, for example, monolithic (slab) and prefabricated. In multi-storey construction, a slab foundation is used. Such a foundation is resistant to any kind of deformation and copes very well with vertical maximum loads without significant loss of its functional qualities. Since this is a monolithic foundation, its main element is cast reinforced concrete. It withstands loads and shifts of the soil well. A reinforcement frame is installed in the dug pit, which is then poured with concrete. Moreover, the filling is continuous. The photo shows an already poured monolithic foundation.

Bigger. In winter, after pouring, the concrete is covered with a special material. This is done to warm up the concrete, which helps to maintain the strength of the concrete.

Well, then comes the construction of the floors of the future house. Since our house is monolithic, the main tasks in such construction are the preparation of a reinforced frame and the subsequent pouring of the frame with concrete.

Reinforcement sticking out of concrete is the future basis of the frame of future walls.

When the frame is ready, it is enclosed in the formwork. The formwork creates the shape and dimensions of the future wall, column and ceiling. After the formwork is assembled and the process of pouring concrete takes place. The pouring takes place with the help of concrete pumps. While the number of storeys of the building is not high, concrete pumps are used.
The photo shows a concrete pump truck - this is a white machine with an elongated blue arrow. Concrete is directed along this arrow.

By the way, before assembling the reinforced frame or pouring it with concrete, the territory is cleaned from dust and various elements (stones, sand, etc.). This is done with special air vacuum cleaners, and it looks like the photo below.

A larger concrete pump truck - at the moment when a mixer with concrete drove up to it.

This is how the walls of the building are poured

And here, in fact, is the process of assembling a reinforced frame. The reinforcement in the frame is directed both vertically and horizontally.

Openings in the frame are made immediately.

Concrete is delivered to the upper floors by a special pump or by a crane, using a "bell" for this.

This is how concrete is poured with a crane and a "bell" - one presses the levers, the other directs the flow.

The crane is also used to lift other floors building materials- formwork, reinforcement, beams.

For the construction of a floor slab (this is the future floor or ceiling of an apartment), a reinforced frame is also needed.

But first, the formwork is installed (pictured), and then a reinforcement frame is assembled on the formwork, which is also poured with concrete.

But builders need to know exactly where the floor boundaries will go, where holes, walls, columns and other elements will be located. To do this, a surveyor is needed at the construction site, who, using various instruments (as in the photo), will make an accurate breakdown of the location of the above elements.

The base of the building monolithic frame. But various partitions and balconies are made of brick (pictured) or building blocks. And here you can’t do without masons, who perform these works.

Balconies are made of bricks, facade walls and partitions are made of blocks.

This is just part of building a house. Here you can not do without finishing work - both external (facade arrangement) and internal. But I'll tell you about this another time.

Not everyone is able to build large houses on two floors on their own. Some do not have enough knowledge, others do not believe in themselves. A modest 6 by 8 one level home can be repaid on its own, with the occasional help from friends and family. In fact, the construction of only the frame is quite fast. The construction of an inexpensive house on an already assembled foundation took 45 days. Then all work will take place under the roof, not counting the exterior finish.

Choosing a project and appearance of the house

Get finished project future building is quite simple. It can be ordered by experienced designers, but you have to pay for it. With little financial resources, you can independently complete the project of an inexpensive house. You can also select a project on sites construction companies, posting detailed information about the layouts.

The owner of the site of the future carcass has created his own draft plan for the house. For greater clarity, he used the Archikad program.

layout frame house 6×8

Do-it-yourself pile foundation

The depth of laying the foundation depends on the depth of freezing of the soil and its other properties. In regions with a warm climate, excessive deepening of the foundation is not required. Therefore, homogeneous dense soil and the absence of close proximity to groundwater require minimal deepening.

The owner of the site decided to mount the pile foundation to a depth of 800 mm. Even this process can be done independently. To do this, holes were made with a hand drill to the intended depth. With the help of a sapper shovel, widenings were dug. The builder manually expanded the holes for the piles, removing the earth with an ordinary small bowl.

Roofing material formwork was made for the installation of concrete piles. After pouring, metal studs were installed. From a bucket and pieces of reinforcement, the builder built a device for pouring concrete.

In total, 24 piles were poured for the construction of an inexpensive house to a depth of 800 mm and a diameter of 200 mm, with a rise to a height of 500 mm. Piles were poured under the veranda smaller 120 mm in the amount of 8 pieces. For installation, a plan for the location of piles was used. The foundation, after pouring, was left for the winter before the builder's vacation.

Platform construction and horizontal frame assembly

Before the installation of the frame, a strapping was made of three stitched boards 150x50, while they will be composite in length from the non-standard width of the house (6.2 m). Logs at a distance of 600 mm from each other are cut into the harness, On top of the OSB 12 mm plate in two layers. The lower level consists of boards covered with bituminous primer, glassine and 150mm thick foam as insulation.

To determine the dimensions and distortions of the boards, a fixture was created from bars, pieces of lumber and an old door, which facilitates not only sizing, but also sawing the material.

Of course, it is much easier to assemble the frame in a “lying” position. Raising such a structure to a vertical position is a difficult task. For this purpose, one wall is divided into two parts to facilitate installation.

After the installation of the frame, the outlines of the future house are already visible.

Roof mounting features

When assembling the top trim, jute impregnated against pests was used.

The roof was covered with a metal profile with a wave height of 21 mm. The sheets were chosen in the size of the slope. During the 5 weeks of construction, with the periodic help of his son, the house acquired an almost complete look.

Exterior frame finish

After the allotted 45 days, the house has a roof, doors and windows. Further construction and exterior decoration will be carried out only on weekends. The house is sheathed with siding on OSB boards without lathing and installation of wind and moisture protective membranes.

Finished building interior

After the completion of the exterior work with siding, the rough ceiling was installed. Knauf mineral wool was used as a heater. A windproof film is laid on top.

After the installation of the ceiling, the outer walls were insulated with foam plastic, 50 mm thick. For reliability, the slightest cracks were foamed with mounting foam through a cone-shaped nozzle on the cylinder.

At the same time, a crate for GVL was mounted. After the assembly of the crate was completed, it was protected by GVL, 12 mm thick. The ceiling was finished with MDF panels.

Izover was mounted in the internal partitions before sewing the GVL. Mineral wool is chosen as usual, classic, on the recommendation of the seller, size 2X50. Along the way, the installation of electrical wiring in corrugated tubes was carried out.

plastered walls for wallpapering

Bathroom finishing

A separate item at the end of the construction is the installation of a shower cabin, toilet bowl and water heater. Simultaneously with the finishing of the bathroom, water distribution was carried out. Finishing was carried out with PVC panels. Joints between panels are additionally treated with sealant.

Finishing the basement of the finished building

The distance between the surface of the earth and the lower edge of the building is sewn up with flat slate and painted. The slate was mounted on bars, arrived on top of the strapping. In addition, the bars supported the ebb, deformed from the heat. The place of contact between the slate and the ground was backfilled with sand with a waterproofing coating and with the formation of a slope from the house.

Mistakes and non-standard features of this house

During construction, the linear expansion of the metal profile during heating was not taken into account, which led to the appearance of a small crack. Installation with one sheet reduces the likelihood of leaks, but in order to avoid cracking and reduce the durability of the seals under the fasteners, it is recommended to cover with a metal profile in an overlap of several parts. Also, for small areas of coating, a slight increase in the diameter of the hole for the fixing screw is recommended.

In order to save money, plastic ebbs were used. Due to prolonged heat, they are deformed, the owner of the house recommends using metal ones.

The choice of the main insulation is also in doubt. Styrofoam has poor sound insulation and even without supporting combustion, it can be very dangerous in a fire due to the release of toxic asphyxiants.

After a long stay, additional forced ventilation was installed in the kitchen area due to the strong spread of odors in all rooms. Also, while living, the owner considers that the 12 mm OSB subfloor is not hard enough and recommends taking thicker slabs.

Building an inexpensive house with your own hands, although not an easy task, is quite feasible. It may take longer than the 45 days to build the frame, but it will significantly reduce the cost of building the building by eliminating the services of hired workers. At the same time, the cost of a house when contacting professional builders can double. In addition, self-construction allows you not only to save money, but also proud of yourself for your own construction of your home.

The house itself after completion of construction looks like this:

In 2011, the estimate for the construction of the house was 370 tr.

When I was 18 years old, I got an education and immediately got a job as a mechanic at our local factory. I decided to build a house in which I will live. I didn't want to take out a mortgage. I saved some money and bought a plot for 40,000 4 km from the city.

The site was completely abandoned, but there was a house made of expanded clay blocks on it, which I later applied to a new house.

In the first year, I made a race and began to slowly raise the site. I must say right away that my friends helped me only for the first month and then merged, and so I built one after work, on vacation, on weekends, holidays for about 6 years. With paycheck money.

Marked out the future foundation 6x8, dug out 8 pillars, poured pillows there

The formwork is ready. In the photo, the old house is only 2 years old, it was just built without a foundation by the previous owner

Here is a photo of the finished foundation.

The foundation cost 40 thousand, it was 2009.

We started laying bricks. I found a bricklayer for 800 rubles a day, he lays bricks, and I prepare the mortar and carry the bricks. The summer was hot, so they worked from 5 am to 11 pm, I was just on vacation for a month. After 11 a lawn with bricks arrived, and I unloaded it, and then wore it until the evening.

Put logs and processed them.

This is me working.

The temporary floor is ready. You can see what the house will be like: brick outside, then 100mm foam plastic and expanded clay concrete from the old house.

At this stage, the bricklayer left me, went to work to the north, I had to hire a team to report.

Front view, gave another 40,000 rubles for work. In total, it turned out 100,000 for the material and about 60,000 for the work.

Side view.

In order to save blocks with foam, he reported himself.

Then the roof had to be made. I calculated that if you do it yourself, it will turn out 40 thousand for the material from the bar, but there was a company that promised to do it for 40 with the material, but from round timber, it was only necessary to clean the pine from the bark. They made the roof and said that they had forgotten to calculate the crate and that they had to pay another 15 thousand. I didn’t pay extra, as a result, for 40 they made me with a crate.

It was already snowing, I covered this whole thing with roofing material and left it to winter.

Summer has come and saved up money. Made a frame

Sheathed the frame with clapboard 2 cm thick.

Put an expensive door. On the second floor, he also made a door, because. planning to add a balcony

Started making the subfloor. I soaked the boards from the old house in working out for a couple of days and laid them on the floor, then a building membrane, foam plastic and again a membrane.

They brought windows.

I made lighting on the street so that after work in the winter to come and work.

He brought so many boards to the first floor that he even left on the second. And again left the whole thing until the summer.

In summer, it is cheaper to buy a stove. and began to sheathe everything with drywall.

It began to rain, the roofing material could not withstand the shrinkage of the wooden roof, I had to buy ondulin and lay the roof. 40 thousand came out.

Made a roof. goes to one side for two days.

The other side too. I put shutters on the windows so that nothing was stolen and the windows were not broken by hooligans.

This is a septic.

Buried, that's how it happened. The tractor driver was not very skillful, and therefore did not get into the level

When sheathing the walls with drywall, I ran into a problem. How to make a ceiling alone? I dug up such a thing on the net and made the ceiling in the room in one day.

I hung up heaters to keep warm while I was at work.

Get the foam. We must prepare for winter.

Toilet with bathroom combined made of pvc panels. Fast, beautiful, practical and you can always change the design.

Ceiling in the toilet, slatted under the rack

The color of the walls turned out to be trash. Wallpaper for painting.

Living room.

There was very little space left for the stairs, so I had to make almost a spiral one. I would not have mastered this myself, I bought it ready-made version for 28 thousand rubles.

Made a shed in the yard.

Cost 24 thousand, with a foundation

It was winter and I decided to make a house for my cat.

I started to make a veranda and a balcony early in the spring. Immediately with a 5x3 swing.

I made a "house" for the well from scraps of lining.

Sheathed the second floor with siding.

Inside there is laminate throughout and underfloor heating.

Illumination in the kitchen.

So we lived in the house all summer, winter, spring, and in April at 5 am I went on a business trip, my girlfriend went to work, and at 6 pm, when I was on the other side of the country, they sent me such a photo.

The car, the house and the barn were on fire.

The neighbors wanted to save the property, but there were shutters on the windows from thieves, which the firefighters pulled off only with a car and then with bricks, and the door with 12 clamps was also a car.

Consequences of a fire. Two months have passed, the cause of the fire is not known.
