Holders of a Muscovite card for a benefit recipient can receive a temporary ticket for 30 days at any My Documents center. Tickets are issued upon registration of a new or reissue of a previously received Muscovite card.

Students, graduate students and residents, schoolchildren and college students can receive a temporary ticket at Moscow Transport service centers if the fare has been paid for using the card. For this you will need:

  • passport or other identity document;
  • a valid student ID or certificate of study;
  • application number for card reissue;
  • receipt for payment of the travel card (if available).
