BUT, there is only one transaction code and under one code money cannot be debited 2 times in any way, this is how the payment system is arranged. When asked why they didn’t write off the same amount 10 times in a row, she answered rudely - they could have written off 10 times. My nerves could not stand it, I rolled a complaint into the book of complaints.

The next day I went to another branch, wrote a claim for illegal debiting of funds from my account. The representative of the bank said they would consider from 30 to 60 days. At some stage of unloading and loading, the recipient's TIN, current account, BIC, correspondent account and receiving bank were replaced. The beneficiary bank turned out to be Alfa-Bank JSC, Nizhny Novgorod branch. The beneficiary's name remained the same, unchanged. caused nothing.

Literally half an hour later, when printing out the payments made, I noticed that the details were not the ones that were originally indicated. The servicing bank was immediately informed, and since the payment order had already been executed, a letter was sent to the bank with the specifying details of the recipient. All this was done 30 minutes after the payment was made.

For many years of work, of course, there were cases when mistakes were made in payment orders, both by us and addressed to us. The procedure has always been standard - if a discrepancy was found, the receiving bank sent such amounts to the account of outstanding payments, and a letter was sent to the recipient asking them to contact the sender and clarify the details. Or the money was simply returned to the sender's account in 5-6 days.

Alfa-Bank refused the letter about clarifying details, they do not make adjustments. Okay, since such a recipient organization does not exist in nature (with the simultaneous coincidence of the indicated TIN, the name of the organization and the number of the current account), I was sure that the money would be returned in 5 days. What was the horror when the security service of our bank reported that, according to information from Alfa-Bank, the money had already been credited to the account and someone had already withdrawn a large amount of cash from the account. How could this happen at all if the details in the payment order do not match the details of the Alfa-Bank client? It turns out that Alfa-Bank does not bother to check the details at all. The money is credited to the current account indicated in the payment, and it does not matter who is indicated in the Recipient field. If you follow the logic of Alfa-Bank, then any company engaged in illegal activities, such as cashing or financing, can open an account with Alfa-Bank, distribute details to interested parties, and they can send money to this account and at the same time indicate a completely harmless company as the recipient, for example LLC "Swallow", the money will still get to the right people. And if the scam is revealed, then you can always say that we didn’t pay money to Obnashka LLC, but paid to Lastochka LLC. Everything ingenious is simple. Truly a scammer's paradise.

We checked the recipient company by TIN - it turned out to be M**na Plus LLC, established on 06/01/2017 in Nizhny Novgorod. The main activity is "Wholesale trade in fruits and vegetables". And the basis of our payment is payment for the work performed to repair equipment under an agreement concluded in March 2017. There are no documents (contracts, acts, invoices) confirming the validity of receiving funds from the recipient. Our company has no business relations with LLC "M**na plus". If any documents are submitted on behalf of our company, these documents
are considered fake.

All these facts that a freshly baked company selling vegetables and fruits suddenly receives a huge amount of money on its current account for the work performed on the repair of equipment, that the name of the recipient does not correspond to LLC "M**na plus", that this "Recipient" immediately rushed to shoot cash at space speed, did not lead Alfa-Bank employees to suspect fraud. Only after cashing out a large amount and repeated letters from our bank, Alfa-Bank employees blocked the account for 1 (one) day. Also, the employees of Alfa-Bank JSC did not carry out mandatory control in accordance with Article 6 of Law No. 115-FZ, according to which mandatory control by credit institution operations on bank accounts with cash are subject, if the amount for which it is performed is equal to or exceeds 600,000 rubles and the funds are credited to the account or funds are debited from the account legal entity, the period of activity of which does not exceed three months from the date of its registration. I understand that I myself am partly to blame, I had to double-check it 100 times, open a payment order, but who knew that Alfa-Bank never returns erroneously transferred money, as other banks do ...

The essence of the claim against Alfa-Bank is that the bank, seeing a lot of inconsistencies, seeing an error and inconsistency in the details, seeing that a fictitious recipient, a newly created company, suddenly receives a very large amount that is not due to the nature of its economic activity, did not check, did not send money to the account of unexplained payments for subsequent return, did not block the money, but allowed the cashing out of a large amount. And yet, the time for which all this happened is very surprising. We started acting 30 minutes after the payment was made, wrote all the necessary letters to our bank, our bank immediately informed Alfa, but the money was credited to the account very quickly and the scammers immediately withdrew the cash. Were you warned, were you on duty at the ATM? But it is impossible to withdraw money from the account of a legal entity and not leave traces. Withdrawn money on the same day must be credited at the cash desk of the organization with the execution of an incoming cash order and the formation of a cash book. These are not personal funds that can be spent right and left without an account. All this leads to an unpleasant thought about the scale of the scam and that there may be someone in Alpha who was very interested in carrying out a fraudulent operation.

I wrote a statement to the police about initiating a criminal case on the same day, I provided a notification coupon to my bank, and they sent it to Alfa. Application addressed to the Chairman of the Board of Alfa-Bank, Mr. Sokolov A.B. I wrote, I also wrote a claim on the Alfa-Bank website, now I am preparing a complaint to the Central Bank of the Russian Federation and the Prosecutor's Office. I realized that it would not be possible to achieve the truth in Alfa-Bank.
I went to the communication salon where I took the phone, I thought that maybe they messed up with the payment schedule, but in the salon they explained to me that the bank itself makes the schedule and resets it via the Internet. The consultant of the communication salon advised me to contact Rospotrebnadzor, because. this situation with Alfa-Bank is far from an isolated case.

I explained the situation to him, to which I received an answer that the communication salon had drawn up the payment schedule incorrectly, and that I also did not know how to count. Since I took the phone in February 2009, started paying the loan in March 2009, then I have to finish paying in March 2010. That is. I understand this - a year in Alfa-Bank lasts 13 months. The operator advised me to pay the debt before 03/19/2010.

Yesterday, 03/18/2010, I again received an SMS with a reminder to pay the debt. I started calling Alfa-Bank again at 8-888-200-00-00 and 8-800-2007-666, but now I decided to record all conversations with operators. They again began to transfer me from one specialist to another, without giving a specific explanation for my situation, only asking me if I would pay off the loan debt. The penultimate operator, a girl, checking my data, began to read someone else's payment schedule to me with completely different numbers monthly payments. I read out to the operator my schedule and my figures, based on the data that Alfa-Bank gave me when giving me a loan. The operator said that I incorrectly calculated the months of payments, i.e. started paying in March and should finish in March - it will be a year. When I asked her to count the number of months from March 2009 to February 2010 herself, she hesitated, asked me to wait a minute, then switched me to an automatic answer and disappeared. I again dialed the number 8-800-2007-666, this time the operator Dmitry answered me. I started talking about my credit history, to which I received an answer that I have a debt, that I need to pay it off faster, and that the last payment to repay the loan must be coordinated with Alfa-Bank, because. it may change due to the transfer of holidays and weekends.

I was just shocked! Not a single bank with which I had to work before allowed such a thing. There was a clear payment schedule, specific amounts of monthly payments, which were not affected by weekends, holidays, hurricanes and cataclysms. The agreement with Alfa-Bank specifically stated that the loan was given at 29% per annum. If you adhere to the original payment schedule, then the amount exactly corresponds to the contract, but with an increase in the amount of the last payment, it increased and interest rate, it became 32%. It turns out that Alfa-Bank raised itself, unilaterally, without notifying me, the rate on the loan. This is a natural divorce - to correct their affairs at the expense of normal payers. I understand that there are malicious violators, swindlers, but you can’t treat everyone with the same brush!
