Poor ecology, air pollution and a small number of green areas in the location, traffic jams on the roads of the area, lack of discounts, mortgages from just one bank, expensive installments, and most importantly, a housing cooperative agreement with an unclear prospect of DDU, lack of permits from the developer with the available "dummy" on the site. If some of the disadvantages disappear with the development of the project, then, of course, the attractiveness of the new building will increase.

However, now, despite the attractive prices, today I would not buy an apartment in the residential complex "Peter I" for my own residence, and would seriously consider whether to purchase housing for investment purposes. Of course, the area will change, sooner or later the industrial zones will be built up, and in 10 years it will not be as depressing here as it is today.

A good option is to buy a studio or "odnushka" if your child plans to study at a university in the neighborhood or to rent to other students. But now, with the prospect of getting the construction of the residential complex "Symbol" at hand, which will stretch for at least 7 years, I would not become the owner of an apartment in the residential complex "Peter I" under a housing cooperative agreement for my own residence.
