Documentation for the house of the p 30 series. Design features of the series and facade decoration

Perforated metal mesh and lapidary chopped forms of plasterboard false walls create an industrial interior design
Almost in the center of the living room - a lamp built into the false ceiling in the form of a triangle of frosted glass
In the teenager's room, a hanging wardrobe is mounted high enough under the ceiling; retractable hangers are provided for ease of use.
Light translucent drapery on the wrought-iron cornice in the parents' bedroom works like a screen and hides the head of the bed so that it is not visible from the door, and also zones the room, separating the work area: a table with a laptop and a leather armchair. In addition, the author of the project deliberately "drowned" the workplace by 25 cm due to the fact that she built up a false wall - a ledge was formed. The wrought-iron headboard is specially covered with wide cap soft rollers, sewn from the same fabric as the removable cover of the pouffe

Concept: minimum scenery - maximum stage plot due to architectural plasticity

There are many panel houses in this series, they are "direct descendants" of the architecture of the 60-70s. 20th century A similar layout is also found in buildings of other typical series. We offer owners of three- and four-room apartments to consider solutions for their refurbishment. 12-14- storey houses consist of end and ordinary sections with various options for accommodating apartments. The outer walls are built of self-supporting three-layer panels 340 mm thick, the inner walls and floors are reinforced concrete (140 and 180 mm), partitions - 80 mm. Separate bathroom. Grilles for natural ventilation are available in the kitchen and toilet.

Purple Haze

This project was created for a family of three - a married couple with a student daughter. Design features apartments do not allow to make significant changes to the layout without violating the load-bearing structures. The only places where you can turn around are the bathroom and toilet, the partitions in which are not load-bearing. One of the drawbacks is the "eye-cutting" corner of the toilet, protruding into a long L-shaped corridor. By sacrificing the area of the bathroom, the corner could be rounded, thereby making the situation more comfortable, but neither of the two projects provides for this.

Since the area of the rooms is small, they leave a minimum of furniture in order to free up as much space as possible. The bedroom, kitchen and living room are united by important details: a work surface encircling them around the perimeter along the outer walls, as well as multi-level hemmed ceilings, which are a combination of drywall and glossy stretch fabric, sometimes colored. The interior is designed in light colors and diluted with bright multi-colored details: in the living room and bedroom of the parents - yellow and pistachio, in the kitchen and daughter's room - lilac-blue. In the bathroom and hallway, dark brown doors covered with exotic wood veneer (wenge) stand out against the light beige background of the walls.

In the hallway next from the hallway there is a niche in which a closet with mirrored doors is built in so as not to clutter up the room and provide free entry. Therefore, the entrance area is furnished only with a small pouf. Perhaps there is not enough chest of drawers or shelves for keys in the hallway - there is a place for them: in the corner opposite the front door, next to the pouffe, you can also place a shoe cabinet.

Two types of flooring are used in the flooring: Porcelanosa light porcelain stoneware and Haro maple laminate.

Designers propose to combine bathroom And toilet, which will allow you to place a rectangular hot tub here. The washing machine will stand under the countertop of the washbasin. And it is proposed not to build in the washbasin bowl, but to put it on the countertop, because of this, the washbasin will be slightly higher than the standard height. Toilet bowl - hinged, with installation. The bathroom walls are lined with light beige mosaics.

living room plan to place to the right of the entrance to the apartment. A tabletop along the wall with a window organizes the workspace. The entire front under it will be occupied by spacious storage boxes. This is very prudent, since the apartment does not have a pantry, although it will not be very convenient to sit at such a table - only sideways. To the right of the window, the design of the table transforms into a bar counter that rises above the tabletop. Both the rack and the shelves on the wall are made according to the same technology: they are made of plasterboard and covered with tinted glass on top. The tabletop of the bar counter can be pulled out - three metal profiles are attached to it from below, which move along the guides.

The seating area - a wide corner sofa with a coffee table in front of the TV - will be located at the entrance to the room. To highlight it, two walls behind the sofa will be sheathed with plasterboard - although this will reduce the area of the room, but only by about 0.5 m 2. A plasma panel will be hung in a niche in a false wall. This niche and two walls of the working area will be lined with wooden panels. Finishing from light wood panels seems to go to the ceiling, where it is continued by a ribbon of brown glossy stretch fabric - both positive and negative.

The color scheme of the interior sets you up for relaxation - these are several shades of brown, white, beige and lilac. It is known that brown color is useful for people engaged in intellectual activities, as well as for all those who need to relax a bit and get distracted from business. Outside the city, this result can be achieved by living in a log house, walking through the forest. And the townspeople are usually deprived of such a benefit of color therapy.

Kitchen-dining room - emphatically light and airy: lilac glossy furniture facades, light blue walls, in a false ceiling - niches with a glossy stretch fabric. The cooking zone will shift to the window, the countertop will take up the entire length of the wall. Below it will be placed drawers with a depth of 400 mm, made to order along with kitchen cabinets. For the radiator, it is necessary to make ventilation holes in the countertop. The sink will be placed under the window, and the electric stove will be placed behind the refrigerator hidden in a niche. There is an oven and a microwave located at the level of the hostess's eyes for ease of use, a hob, a built-in hood with a charcoal filter, a dishwasher and a spacious refrigerator. In addition to household appliances, the kitchen is equipped with a large number of cabinets and drawers. This is a compact dining table with a glass top. The graphic lines of the facades are supported by the complex geometry of the false ceiling (metal frame, cladding - plasterboard sheets). The glossy sections of the stretch ceiling structure echo the texture of the facades of kitchen furniture. Kitchen lighting - main and local - is thought out in such a way as to highlight certain areas, but when all modes are turned on at the same time, the atmosphere of this room becomes festive, front.

The daughters allocate the larger of the two remaining rooms, and this is not surprising: it is planned to equip the living room, study, library and bedroom in this room. Its compositional center will be a partition that recedes from the wall by 800 mm and is equipped with niches - "slots" in the form of waves, in which glass shelves for disks are installed. A TV panel is attached to the partition on the bracket. Shelves and cabinets are hidden behind it, as well as a countertop. Near the window it is used as a dressing table, and in the back of the room - as a workplace. The opposite wall is decorated with niches in which lamps on strings will be placed. The glossy part of the ceiling resembles a water surface surrounded by a smooth coastline. The room is furnished with a sofa and a mobile chair - it is easy to move it to one or another part of the table top. The sofa "works" in two modes - at night it is used as a bed. However, the authors of the project did not provide for a wardrobe, which is not a luxury for a young lady, but a necessity.

Parents' bedroom the decoration resembles a living room - the same countertop with drawers along the window and drywall ledges. The center of the room will be occupied by a double bed, to the left of the entrance there is a wardrobe.

Many design elements, furniture, wooden details and even small accessories are made to order in accordance with the overall concept. architectural solution and design. This creates a single environment, and the result is an integral, complete picture.

A table with a glass top is a refined, elegant solution, but inconvenient for family dinners. It does not unfold, and there is clearly not enough space for a full serving The authors of the project consciously abandoned ceramic tiles often used in the kitchen, choosing a warmer material - laminate. It will withstand a large load, but there is also a weak point: it is undesirable for moisture or spilled liquid to get into the joints between the planks Fragments of wallpaper with art nouveau patterns can be attributed to special decorative finds. As a result of this mixing of modern and classic elements, a stylish individual interior is obtained. There is a mini-study at the back of the room, and a dressing table by the window behind a partition. There remains a fairly large space - 2 m 2. So that it does not disappear, you can arrange a mezzanine, access to which will be carried out from two sides

Plan before reorganization Plan after refurbishment
Concept: a line of working functional surfaces can be traced, passing from one room to another and encircling the entire perimeter of the external walls

Territory of childhood

The project is intended for a family consisting of four people: parents and two children - boys 4 and 5 years old. The father and mother allocated two rooms to their sons at once - this will make it possible to separate the playroom and the bedroom into different rooms, which will create favorable conditions for the development of children. There was no need to dismantle and erect new partitions, the designers focused on the zoning of rooms and their decoration. In general, the rooms are designed in warm light colors, only some elements are made in cool colors.

In the hall a small banquette and a shoe cabinet will stand up. A closet 60 cm deep will be built into the niche near the toilet. The floors of the entrance hall will be lined with ceramic granite with a mosaic pattern in combination with diagonal strips of block parquet - they are echoed by the protrusions of a plasterboard false ceiling illuminated by lamps made according to the sketches of the authors of the project.

In bathroom to the right of the entrance there is a place for a washing machine. The floors will be tiled with green tiles, and the walls will be lined with white and green mosaics in descending order: from green at the bottom to white under the ceiling. Toilet finished according to the same principle, only in white and orange colors, and the floor is terracotta.

Large room combines functions parents' bedrooms And living room. Therefore, in the daytime, a diagonally deployed bed can easily be turned into a sofa - one part of it is hidden in the depths of the podium 600 mm high. The sofa next to the bed increases the number of seats in the home theater. Maple board parquet is complemented by diagonal porcelain stoneware paths. Sand and terracotta tones prevail in this room.

The combination of walnut furniture and light green tiles creates in the kitchen the atmosphere of a spring sunny day. The working area, especially for the convenience of the hostess, will be placed along the wall with a window, and the dining table will be placed in the center of the kitchen. The floors will be covered with light olive-colored ceramic tiles, and the dining area will be highlighted with a gray border. In the false ceiling there will be an insert made of matte plastic covering the fluorescent lamps.

Space children's bedrooms zoned with beech and walnut parquet. The boys' beds are arranged parallel and at a small distance from each other. Thanks to the low partition between the beds, each of the guys gets an individual space. For storage, bedside tables and a wardrobe are used, which will stand in front of the door. Furniture for the children's bedroom and playroom are selected in the same style. The decoration is dominated by different shades of blue and golden yellow with bright multi-colored accents. An important role in the interior is played by the ceiling structure in the shape of the sun.

In the game room beech parquet will be laid, the floor will be partially covered with carpet. The wall between the bedroom and the playroom is decorated with cork and plasterboard overlay with voluminous geometric shapes. A desktop with cabinets will stand along the window from one wall to another - this will provide the workplace with good lighting.

In the interior of the bedroom for children, the decorative emphasis is on the expressiveness of the images created through the technique of stylization. The built-in "sun" backlight is dimmer-controlled, so you can get several different lighting modes
As the brothers grow older, it will be possible to settle in different rooms - the lack of stationary structures in the playroom suggests its transformation

Plan before reorganization Plan after refurbishment
Concept: maximum comfort minimum means. The project does not provide for redevelopment - comfort and convenience are achieved through the rational arrangement of furniture, a variety of used finishing materials and a rich color palette

The secret of the third planet

The project is designed for four people: a married couple and newlyweds - the family of their recently married son. The son is a musician, pianist, performs mainly pop music, his wife sings. For rehearsals, they are allocated a separate room - a music room. The layout of the apartment is undergoing significant changes: the configuration of the partitions in the living room is being changed, the doorway is being moved in the kitchen, and a loggia is being attached. Therefore, the radiator will have to be removed and equipped with electric underfloor heating for space heating. As an alternative, there is the following option: move the radiator to the adjacent wall, in addition, the loggia from the kitchen must be separated by sliding doors. The design concept consists in a certain detachment from reality, the creation of an emphatically artificial, "cinematic" space, and each room has its own "secret", a special atmosphere, an individual microcosm.

Hallway And corridor smoothly flow into the living room; their visual zoning is due to different colors of finishes and flooring materials. If the living room has a tinted dark gray parquet board, then the hallway will be lined with large (600-600 mm) light gray porcelain stoneware slabs. On the wall to the right of the door, a hanger with a shelf will be fixed with a plastic panel, which will not only keep the wall clean, but also serve as a decorative element of decoration.

An association bathroom And toilet in an apartment where two families live is impractical, but the designers proposed just such a solution.

living room, which is the "center of attraction", is made out at the entrance with a structure with a wide curved wall. A capacious wardrobe is hidden in it from the side of the hallway, and from the side of the living room there is a small recess. The outer line of the structure is the starting point of the movement and is reflected in the pattern of the flooring and the arrangement of the fixtures on the false ceiling. The furniture and wall decoration in the living room are quite bright and eye-catching: the colors of fuchsia, lilac, purple, turquoise echo each other. An equally important role in the interior is given to lighting - a spectacular part of the design. The main sources of light decoration will appear on the ceiling, in which special light panels with several hundred microlamps will be mounted, forming a spiral out of them.

The doorway, which used to connect the entrance hall and the kitchen, will be moved and the entrance will be arranged from the living room. Therefore, the living room will become a walk-through room. The opening will be widened to 1.2 m, and sliding glass doors with a graphic pattern made according to the designers' sketch will be installed in it. Thus, the space of the living room and kitchen will be perceived as a whole and in the kitchen, in a niche, it will be possible to place a large Side-by-Side refrigerator. The entire kitchen is designed in light colors: gray, olive, light green and turquoise. In addition, the window sill block is being dismantled in this room, due to which much more daylight will come in.

For the parents' bedroom designers offer ethnic style. The walls will be pasted over with bamboo wallpaper, which, in combination with dark red leather furniture upholstery and a stretch ceiling of the same color, will create an Asian flavor and provide comfort. The clear lines of the stretch ceiling pass into the mirror surface behind the head of the bed, visually expanding the elongated room.

Honeymoon room light, light. This effect is due to birch furniture of simple and clean forms, warm shades of brown, in harmony with the light color of the walls. The interior is refreshed with patterned curtains and a bedspread.

Decor office, unlike the rest of the rooms, it is very calm: beige striped wallpaper, a white piano, and only the bright green upholstery of the sofa stands out with a colored spot.

Spot lighting technology - Dipline. Lightweight conductive polyurethane foam panels are mounted on the ceiling. A safe 12 V power supply is connected to them. Miniature light bulbs with a power of 0.3-1 W are inserted into the panels in any order. Circles, arcs, smooth lines of partitions, drawings on the floor and on the walls will make you forget that the apartment is located in a panel house
Exotic color (bamboo wallpaper, leather upholstery, palm tree, patterned carpet) will create the atmosphere of a hot African savannah - both in autumn bad weather and frosty winter
To increase the access of light to the kitchen, the designers proposed to dismantle the window sill and make doors without lintels with solid glazing. A glossy stretch structure on the ceiling expands the space by reflecting all the bright objects in the kitchen. thus a complex composition arises - through the looking glass, a window into another dimension
Retractable glass doors (the mechanism is located on the side of the living room) are decorated with an unusual pattern made using sandblasting technology. It can be applied in another way: satin (etching). And the surreal
The cue image of the circle fascinates and constantly attracts the attention of not only the hosts, but also the guests. The cost of doors with fittings is 46 thousand rubles.

Concept: two families belonging to different generations live together. To make the life of these people comfortable, it is proposed to mix the disco style of the 80s. 20th century (time of parents) and the "acid" aesthetics of the "Pepsi generation"

Space without borders

    Strengths of the project:

  • visual increase in the living room due to the demolition of the partition, as a result - open free space of the public area
  • a small amount of construction and installation work
  • good insolation of the entrance area
  • space saving thanks to built-in sliding doors
  • bathroom extension

    Weaknesses of the project:

  • creation of a combined bathroom for a family of four
  • expanding the bathroom through the corridor will require additional waterproofing
  • no pantry or shared wardrobe
  • the living room will become a walk-through room
  • in the kitchen there is a narrow table, which cannot accommodate all family members
  • small wardrobes in all rooms

The apartment is planned for a family of four: parents and children - a 13-year-old schoolgirl daughter and a high school student who is preparing to enter the institute. The family is friendly and active, loves sports (skiing, climbing, diving), space and extreme sports. Therefore, the interior is thought out in such a way as to maximize the space, "blur the boundaries" of a closed room.

Having demolished the non-bearing partition between the living room and the corridor, it is possible to expand the boundaries of the public area - now it includes a living room, an entrance hall and a corridor in front of the private bedroom area. True, the living room becomes a passage room, but this decision has its pluses: instead of a narrow and elongated hallway, a single space appeared, illuminated by daylight.

A complex "play of planes" is achieved with simple decorative techniques, which is facilitated by a wide choice of textures: from imitation of wild stone, which decorates a part of the wall, smoothly turning into the plane of the ceiling, to mirror surfaces on the ceiling around the aquarium. The latter create the illusion of a "failure" going to infinity. The lighting in the living room is hidden. Thus, the local lighting is provided by the lamps built into the structure on the wall, the lighting of the aquarium, and the general is provided by a light ceiling in the center of the room.

Vertical aquarium set in the living room almost opposite the entrance to the apartment, immediately attracts attention. Two veneered panels - above and below the tank - hide the technical details.

For contrast, the romantic details of the setting (a fish tank, a lilac sofa with a coarse fabric upholstery) are “diluted” with hard high-tech elements - perforated chrome-plated metal sheet structures that serve as a backdrop for a home theater TV panel. A key design element is the minimization of furniture and accessories in the interior of the apartment. It is graphic, expressiveness is achieved through textures and relief. floors hallway And corridor finished with large rectangular porcelain stoneware tiles in such a way that there is a play of two colors: brown and noble dark pink. To the right of the entrance, almost along the entire wall, there is an open hanger and shallow (40 cm) wardrobes up to the ceiling with retractable hangers.

In the kitchen they arrange a narrow dining table top, 130 cm long, 50 cm wide, that is one with a window sill. It will be difficult for all family members to accommodate behind it, and besides, semi-bar chairs are needed due to the height of the window sill (87 cm). And the furniture front of the kitchen will be located at a corner. Fronts of furniture cabinets combine matt MDF and satin glass. The sink is planned to be moved to another wall, which will require the transfer of a water supply pipe and a sewer outlet pipe. Electric stove put exactly in the center, and the refrigerator is closer to the window. But because of this, there is a narrow space between the dining tabletop and the refrigerator, it will be difficult to approach the latter. "Apron" - from beige decorative panels, floor - from brown porcelain stoneware.

In the parents' bedroom the wall, to which the head of the bed adjoins, is built up with a plasterboard structure, in which a shallow arched niche (15 cm) is made, decorated with a "wild stone". It harmonizes with the wrought-iron headboard and works to create a romantic "old castle" setting. On the sides of the bed there are two tables with semicircular tabletops on elegant forged consoles, attached to the wall. These tables are made according to the drawings of the architect. To the left of the door, behind a curtain, there is a cozy corner for the workplace, which consists of a table for a laptop and chairs. The highlight is in the combination of wall decoration and ivory-colored textiles with dark forged and wooden details.

Children's rooms it was proposed to arrange it uniformly: a corner table, a bed (for the daughter) and a sofa bed (for the son), a wardrobe will be placed by the window. In addition, the son has a mezzanine above the sofa, suspended from the ceiling, and a sports ladder is installed opposite it. My daughter has a dressing table. The girl's room is designed in calm beige-olive-blue tones, and the son's room - in a contrasting combination of yellow and blue, with the "sunny" color predominating.

After unification bathroom And toilet the area of the resulting premises was increased by 0.56 m 2 due to the corridor. The bath is turned 90°, the washbasin is in the form of a countertop with a bowl made of artificial stone, a washing machine is installed under the countertop. Stretch ceiling, walls and floor are tiled.

  • Heating : Central, water
  • Ventilation : Natural exhaust through ventilation units
  • Water supply: Cold, hot water from the city network, possibly AGW.
  • Garbage disposal: Garbage chute with loading valve on each floor

Advantages and disadvantages

Advantages: modern square kitchens, successful layouts apartments, corridor.

Flaws: A large number of load-bearing walls, which is a big problem when trying to change the layout of the apartment. Most often, openings are made in the load-bearing walls between the kitchen and the room in order to expand the space of a small kitchen by modern standards. The device of such an opening is in most cases possible if the apartment is not located on the first floors. In this case, the opening must be made at a distance of at least a meter from the outer wall, and, most often, has an allowable width of not more than 90 cm. The implementation of such an opening requires an appropriate reinforcement from a metal frame.

Other disadvantages of the series, in addition to a large number of load-bearing walls, include the lack of a passenger-and-freight elevator. Instead, each entrance is equipped with two conventional passenger elevators (capacity up to 400 kg each). Among other things, the hall on the floor is combined with the stairs, which makes it pointless to install intermediate doors near the elevator. This drawback has been eliminated in panel houses of more modern series.

Typical redevelopment two-room apartment V type series P-30 houses with changes in load-bearing structures. The list of works on the redevelopment of the apartment includes a professional survey, accompanied by engineering calculations, and reinforcement of the lintel and wall zones with metal structures. Combining the toilet and bathroom requires the demolition and installation of interior partitions, as well as floor waterproofing and soundproofing. It is also necessary to carry out work to create openings in the partitions connecting the living room with the kitchen and bedroom.

3-room apartment - Option 1

Typical redevelopment of a three-room apartment in a typical series of houses P-30 with changes in the supporting structures. The list of works on the redevelopment of the apartment includes a professional survey, accompanied by engineering calculations, and reinforcement of the lintel and wall zones with metal structures. Combining the toilet and bathroom requires the demolition and installation of interior partitions, as well as floor waterproofing. To create an opening between the living room and the kitchen, attention should be paid to the work to strengthen it with metal structures.

3-room apartment - Option 2

A typical redevelopment of a three-room apartment in a typical series of P-30 houses does not affect the supporting structures. Before starting work on the redevelopment of the apartment, a professional survey with engineering calculations is carried out. Combining the toilet and bathroom requires the demolition and installation of interior partitions, as well as floor waterproofing. Also, the list of works includes the dismantling of the non-bearing window sill zone with the installation of a single door unit made of double-glazed windows.

3-room apartment - Option 3

A typical redevelopment of a three-room apartment in a typical series of P-30 houses does not affect the supporting structures. Before starting work on the redevelopment of the apartment, a professional survey with engineering calculations is carried out. Also, the list of works includes the dismantling of the non-bearing window sill zone with the installation of a single door unit made of double-glazed windows. To increase the area of the living room, it is required to dismantle the non-load-bearing partition wall, while the work to strengthen the metal structures is not carried out.

4-room apartment - Option 1

Typical redevelopment of a four-room and one-room apartment with the aim of combining P-30 houses in a typical series with changes in the supporting structures. Before starting work on the redevelopment of the apartment, a professional survey with engineering calculations is carried out. Combining toilets and bathrooms is accompanied by the demolition and installation of interior partitions, as well as floor waterproofing work. Also among the works are the dismantling of a non-bearing partition wall between the corridor and the living room and the organization of an opening in the living room and bedroom with measures to strengthen them with metal structures.

Compared to other popular panel series(, ) the P-30 series did not receive such mass distribution. The project of the series was developed in the early seventies of the last century and was used for quite a long time. In Moscow, houses of the P-30 series were built in the microdistricts: Orekhovo-Borisovo, Bibirevo, Altufevsky, Otradnoye, Ivanovskoye, South Tushino, Beskudnikovsky, Lyublino, Shchukino and Zelenograd. In the Moscow region, houses of this series were built in the cities: Dolgoprudny, Odintsovo, Krasnogorsk, Nakhabino, Pavlovsky Posad, Khimki, Pushchino, Solnechnogorsk.

Visually panel houses the P-30 series can be distinguished by the loggias recessed into the facade of the house. Another feature of this series, which is not always found, is the presence of loggias at the ends of the building. In all houses of the P-30 series, on the ground floor there is an extension for a retail space. Modifications without extensions are called - P-31.

The P-30 series is not included in the list of demolished, the probability of demolition, even in the long term, is extremely small. Beginning of rehabilitation (overhaul) in Moscow: 1st half of 2010s

All rooms in the apartments of houses of the P-30 series are isolated. There are 4 apartments on each floor. Floor plans include all types of apartments up to four rooms. All apartments have large kitchens. Loggias are available in all apartments, except for one-room apartments. All apartments are equipped with separate bathrooms. At the entrance there are 2 passenger elevators. The stairs are ordinary, without a fire-prevention balcony. Stove - electric, natural exhaust ventilation, blocks in the kitchen and bathroom. Garbage chute on the stairs, with a loading valve on the platform.

The main disadvantage of the P-30 series, like other panel houses built according to the transverse power scheme, is the large number of load-bearing walls, which greatly complicates the redevelopment.
