The attempt to realize this right began with the first time they answered why they wouldn’t do it because there was no reason, the second time they pointed to a rule of law and I was sent to another law that has nothing to do with my situation, please still indicate the correct rule of the law for refusal, according to which I cannot receive payment, I ended up being harassed, sent to complain, and when I said that in order to complain I needed a written refusal to pay, they lied to me that the offices were closed for reorganization. I immediately called the call center back, where the secretary reported the address and reception time of the “closed office.” I was shocked, I had no strength and nerves to complain, and I’m not a slanderer at all, but LukoilGarant sent me there and I’m now forced to do this. Therefore, there is no need to rejoice about the right choice yet. The answer to the call regarding the situation to the Pension Fund was as follows - you chose them yourself and transferred your funded pension to them. Therefore, when choosing an NFR, take an interest in the reviews of those who were already entitled to a payment, but did not receive such a payment under various pretexts. I transferred the funded part of my pension to them through Otkritie Bank. But...!!!, in order to finalize the transfer, you need to confirm this with the NPF itself by answering the call. And if you do not have the opportunity to answer a phone call during working hours on a weekday (for example, a ban on using the phone at work), then the transfer of funds will take forever, since this cannot be done by calling the fund itself, they transferred from one person to another 15 minutes and eventually refused. They speak in standard phrases... "wait for the call"!!! So a year will pass before the vacation, then, perhaps, I will receive a call.
So think very carefully before transferring funds, it is impossible to achieve anything from them. Apparently, on other issues as well.

To get a password for your personal account, you had to take time off from work and go to the Lukoil office (St. Petersburg) during working hours (very inconvenient, because it coincided with my working hours). After 2 attempts, I finally got to their office and received the password. The personal account displays the receipt of funds and savings (although Lukoil did not explain exactly how investment income is calculated).
I recently changed my passport, last name, and place of residence. I wanted to inform NPF Lukoil-Garant about this and contacted them by email. by mail, to which they replied that I needed to contact the office in Moscow in person or send notarized copies of all my amended documents by mail.
I am outraged by this attitude of this company. I have to spend my time and money to notify them about changes in my data, when it’s the 21st century and electronic document management is already developed. Why not make life easier for your customers?

I took out a consumer loan from Alfa Bank and repaid it (there is a certificate). When taking out a loan, they tried to push me to transfer my pension to NPF Lukoil-Garant, I refused, of course I didn’t sign any documentation and there were no conditions in the loan agreement (I read it in full) about transferring to this NPF. Today I received an SMS about the transfer of my funds to NPF Lukoil-Garant, what a miracle!!! I called there and at first I was glad that nothing had been translated, but after a couple of minutes - oh, they really have the money, because I signed the contract!!! My proposal to amicably terminate everything and give me a document about this was a refusal, well then excuse me NPF Lukoil-Garant-FRAUDERS, I wrote a statement to the police, Rospotrebnadzor, the Central Bank, the President of the Russian Federation, the media and am preparing a statement to the court! Naturally, I will tell the entire Internet about you!! Be careful! THESE ARE FRAUDSTERS!!!

In 2009, representatives of this fund came to our organization and spoke beautifully about income and what they provide to investors upon retirement. There were a lot of naive people in our organization, they took it literally.... I also joined the funded part program and also campaigned for a co-financing program. They explained to us that this is a program whereby you invest 1 thousand, you will receive 2 thousand. They also said that upon retirement, this money is received in a lump sum, that is, immediately upon provision of a pension document. Having retired, I calmly came to them to receive this money, but it turns out that during this time, Law 360 was issued according to which they cannot give me this money, because this amount should be no more than 5% of my pension, only then can they give it to me . That is, my pension is 10 thousand, so I am a very rich woman in order to receive the unfortunate 20 thousand that I invested in this fund. I have a question... Why doesn’t the fund give me an official refusal so that I can go to court with it. And in general, when they took money from me, they promised protection, help on their part, and now I understand that this situation is simply beneficial for them, in which they promise to pay me this amount throughout my life in pennies. These are exactly what I dreamed of when I invested money in them. Kind people! Don’t even think about investing money in them, you’ll just waste your money and, most importantly, your NERVES.... And they find so-so intermediaries in the cities who cannot answer a single question and organize decent work with clients.... so I categorically DO NOT ADVISE CONTACTING THEM....

And then at the beginning of July a letter arrives from the NPF Lukoil-Garant - “thank you” for transferring money from the Pension Fund to our fund. To say that I am shocked is to say nothing! I never wanted to transfer them anywhere from the Pension Fund; once a year I visited the Pension Fund so that they would make statements for me to see if my savings had gone somewhere. The Pension Fund of Russia confirmed today that the money is indeed in NPF Lukoil-Garantor. This fund fraudulently transferred my money to itself! The Pension Fund of the Russian Federation said that there is no such form of statement - that I do not want my savings to be transferred from the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation to anywhere else, but I would really like to write something like that. How can you protect yourself from such scammers? Now the interest for the year is lost. This is what it is designed for. And where is the guarantee that after the money is returned to the Pension Fund, these scammers will not transfer it to themselves again?

I contacted the bank about taking out a loan. When filling out an application for a settlement, a bank employee said that all their clients automatically become clients of NPF Lukoil-Garant. In response to my refusal, the girl assured me that I didn’t have to sign the contract and refuse to transfer to this NPF over the phone when they called me to confirm the transfer. At first I didn’t attach any importance to this, but when they called me from the fund and said that I could only refuse by contacting the Pension Fund. Well, there's nothing to do. I had to spend time and money, go to the Pension Fund, but they told me that I could either return to the Pension Fund or write an application to transfer to another NPF, and all existing savings would be burned. But why do I need all this fuss? I was initially against the transition. Now I am already a member of another NPF and I don’t want to move anywhere. I don’t even have a receipt from Lukoil-Garant. There is only one BLANK copy of the agreement, where there is no signature or seal, and even the address for sending correspondence from the fund is incorrect. Pure fraud... I will draw up a written appeal to invalidate the contract. If it doesn't work, you'll have to go to the prosecutor's office.
