As we previously reported, the tax service has launched a new electronic service that provides the opportunity to make an appointment with the Federal Tax Service online. For those who want to use this service, we have prepared detailed instructions.

Note. The service makes it possible to make an appointment not only for representatives of organizations, but also for entrepreneurs and ordinary individuals.

Make an appointment

In order to get to the Federal Tax Service Inspectorate on a specific day and time, go to the Federal Tax Service website or the Federal Tax Service website of your region and in the “Electronic Services” section, select the “Online registration for an appointment with the inspection” option.

STEP 1. Agree to the terms of service<1>. At this stage, simply click on the “Yes, I agree” button. If you do not do this, you will automatically return to the start page.

STEP 2. Enter your data<2>. Select whose interests you represent - organizations or individual entrepreneurs - and enter the required data. For example, if you represent an organization, then you need to enter its name and TIN, contact phone number and email address.

STEP 3. Make an appointment.

You can make an appointment 14 calendar days before your desired appointment date.<3>. In this case, you will only be offered free working hours. That is, it will not be possible to make an appointment, let’s say, the very next day if all the appointment time on that day is occupied by those who signed up before you.

Attention! Carefully enter your organization's information into the online application. And choose the purpose of your visit correctly. After all, if the tax authorities find errors in your data (typos do not count) or you apply for a service that is not specified in the application, you may have to resolve your issues in the general queue<5>.

By the way, booking an appointment for a specific day ends at 24.00 the previous day<4>. For example, if you plan to make an appointment on September 9 for September 10, then if there are free time slots, you can fill out an electronic application at least at 23.55.

STEP 4. Confirm the data. At the last stage, you will be asked to check all the data you entered (name of organization, Federal Tax Service, reception date, etc.) and enter the numeric code shown on the screen<6>.

Result: you have an appointment.<7>. By the way, despite the fact that the screen application form will be sent to you at the email address you provided when making an appointment, we recommend saving a screen image of this web page: press the "Print Screen" button, and then, opening Word, paste the image into the document (Edit - Paste). Print the screen form<8>- it will be useful to you when visiting the Federal Tax Service, especially if the tax program fails. After all, if in such a situation you do not have a printout of the online application, you will only be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis<9>.

There is one more nuance: if your Federal Tax Service has a queue management system (QMS), then in your electronic application for an appointment you will see a 9-digit PIN code. When you come to the inspection on the appointed day, this code will need to be entered into the MSA terminal to receive a service coupon<10>. But even in this situation, it is better to take a printed online application with you. Again, in case the “tax” program fails.

We come for an appointment at the Federal Tax Service

So, on the appointed day you came to the Federal Tax Service. Don't be confused when you see a queue at the window you need. No one canceled the general queue (that is, those who did not sign up in advance), but you have the right to priority service<11>. If the inspection has an OMS, get a coupon. If there is no SLA, present the inspector with a printed form of your online application.

Note. If you have any difficulties, for example, with obtaining a coupon, contact the administrator of the operating room of the Federal Tax Service - he should help you<12>.

Now we would like to draw your attention to the time of arrival at the Federal Tax Service.

OPTION 1. You arrived before the appointed time<13>. If the inspector is currently free and there is no one booked at the time you arrive, he will accept you. If there is a queue for appointments, the inspector will receive you as soon as he is free, but no earlier than 10 minutes before the time specified in your online application. Therefore, there is no point in arriving, for example, an hour before the appointed time.

OPTION 2. You are late<14>. In this case, the time of your appointment is influenced by two factors: the presence of a queue (live and by appointment) and the time of your lateness. If there is no queue, then no matter how long you are delayed, you will be accepted immediately. If there is a queue, then if you are late:

<или>less than 10 minutes - you will be received as a priority;

<или>for 10 minutes or more - you will be served:

<если>there are no other payers who made an appointment online - outside the general queue;

<если>There is a queue for registration - in the order of the general queue.

Don't be nervous if the inspector doesn't see you on time. After all, he is allowed to start his appointment later, but only if he is busy with another payer. In addition, he must see you no later than 30 minutes after your appointed time<11>.

Keep in mind that tax authorities set the exact time on the clock at the inspectorate, focusing, in particular, on telephone information services<15>. So it makes sense for you to check with such a resource so as not to be late and not lose your right to priority service.

In order to improve the quality of services and improve the information interaction of tax authorities with taxpayers, the website of the Federal Tax Service www.nalog.ru contains Internet services that allow you to receive many tax service services remotely.

However, if a personal visit to the inspection is still necessary, you can plan the visit in advance by independently making an appointment with any inspection in real time using the interactive service “Online registration for an appointment with the inspection.” Using the service, you can select the service and the desired time for making an appointment, which will minimize the waiting time in line for an appointment with an inspector.

It is very simple to make an appointment with the inspectorate yourself: you need to go to the website of the Federal Tax Service of Russia in the service “Online registration for an appointment with the inspection”, in the appropriate field select the type of taxpayer (legal entity, individual entrepreneur or individual), indicate your full name ., TIN, inspection (TORM) and type of service. Then the service will provide the opportunity to select the date and time of the planned visit and will generate a registration ticket for visiting the inspection, which will also be sent to the taxpayer’s email address, if it was specified when filling out the data.

The coupon may contain a PIN code if the inspection system has an electronic queue management system, which will need to be entered in the terminal located in the operating room.

During the operation of the “Online registration for an appointment with the inspection” service, 244 thousand taxpayers in the Moscow region used it, this year - 56 thousand people.

The tax service is being modernized year after year, and now citizens can register with the tax service through government services. Government service websites are available to absolutely everyone at any time of the day or night; they can be used both on a computer and on a phone with Internet access.

Registration with the tax office through all-Russian government services

On the all-Russian portal of public services, a tax payment service is available to a user with a standard account, that is, to someone who entered their SNILS number during registration and came up with a unique password. By clicking on the “Taxes” link, the user is taken to the section at gosuslugi.ru/category/taxes, where he can pay them.

You can pay your tax debt either using your personal data or using a receipt, which the tax office sends by mail to each taxpayer once a year. By indicating the receipt number (on the receipt itself it is called an index and is located at the top, above the last name and address), the user is taken to a page where it is shown how much he owes to the state.

When paying according to the initial data, you must indicate your Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN). After clicking the “Find debt” button, a page opens where the amount of debt and the name of the tax will be indicated, as well as the amount of penalties, if any have been accrued. The government services portal recommends paying taxes first, and only then penalties, because they will be accrued until the tax is paid. Payment processing by the tax service takes on average two weeks.

Direct payment is possible both with a bank card of the Visa, Mastercard and MIR payment systems, and with electronic money (more precisely, Webmoney). Payment by card occurs in the usual way, as is done, for example, on online shopping sites. You must indicate the card number, the name of the owner and the expiration date of the card, as well as the CCV code from its back. Some banks may charge an additional fee for processing a payment. Payment confirmation with a code is sent to the mobile phone specified during registration in the form of SMS.

In addition to paying taxes, on the government services website you can also make an appointment with tax specialists, for example, to apply for registration of an individual entrepreneur. To do this, the user selects the “Taxes” link from the services presented on the main page of gosuslugi.ru, and already on it, the service of registering individual entrepreneurs with a personal visit to the tax authority. You can pre-pay the state fee for the service (800 rubles) by clicking on the link “Portal of the Federal Tax Service”.

But the record itself is available only to those who have confirmed their identity on the public services portal, that is, they came personally to the information center or sent an email. As soon as his account becomes confirmed, the user can select on the government services portal the day and time when it is convenient for him to visit, and also find out directly on the portal which tax office he will have to go to.

The user can understand the status of his account on the government services portal, on the main page (at the very bottom it will be indicated, if the account is standard, that the user can confirm it), or in his personal account. Registration via the tax office website

This can also be done on the subsite of the tax service itself order.nalog.ru, which is intended for online recording. The service can be used by both individuals and legal entities, and appointments for one service can be made no more than three times within two weeks. First, the taxpayer is asked to read the rules for the provision of this service and agree or refuse it. The rules stipulate who can use this service, how long it will be provided, on what grounds tax officials can refuse admission, etc.

Then you need to provide information about yourself: last name, first name, patronymic, TIN, email (the last two points are optional, but if you specify your email, you will receive a notification about your appointment, which is convenient for reminding you of the date and time of your appointment). After this, the user selects his region and tax office. If he does not know which inspection office it is, he can search on the tax website service.nalog.ru/addrno.do by registration address and postal code. An electronic queue to the tax office will be available when the user indicates the number of his municipal tax authority, or rather, selects it from the drop-down list.

To sign up, you need to indicate what tax the issue will be about (land, property, transport, etc.), as well as what exactly will be discussed - payment, settlement or something else. When a service is selected, the days for which you can sign up become visible, as well as free appointment times (depending on the operating hours of a particular tax office). After selecting the date and time on the page, a pop-up window opens where the program asks for confirmation of the actions taken. When confirmation is made, a page opens with the message “Application accepted” and a visit coupon, which indicates the date, time of reception, address and telephone number of the tax office, the reception window and the service for which the user decided to apply. You can print out the coupon and save it so you always have a reminder on hand.

Thus, you can register with the tax office through government services even without having an individual taxpayer number. And even the number and address of the interdistrict tax inspectorate will tell you the website of the government agency itself. It is important that when registering on the government services portal or on the tax website, the user receives a queue number, and the queue must not be missed (missing means being more than 10 minutes late), otherwise you will have to register again or wait for an appointment in the general queue. With the same set of documents, a citizen can register with the tax office for more than two services, but, naturally, at different times.

Registration through regional government services

Communication with tax authorities is also available on the websites of regional government services, in particular, on the government services portal of the Republic of Tatarstan. By clicking on the “Tax Service” block, the portal user is taken to the page at uslugi.tatarstan.ru/ufns, where he can pay taxes, calculate their individual types, submit an application to register an individual with the tax office, receive an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, etc. (these services are provided by redirecting to the all-Russian website of the Federal Tax Service). You can pay taxes using your receipt number, but appointments are not yet available.

  1. You can sign up for free time within the next 2 weeks; if you’re lucky, you can book a time the very next day.
  2. At the same time, you can arrange only 3 visits within 14 days, if all of them are necessary to resolve the issue regarding one tax service provided. If a visitor wants to resolve several issues on different services at once, then several visits per day can be arranged (according to the number of issues).
  3. The receptionist may be busy, but the visitor is guaranteed to be received within half an hour of the appointment time. In this case, the visitor can be late for the appointment no more than 10 minutes, otherwise he will lose the right to visit out of turn.
  4. Data specified when using the service appointments with the tax office, must be reliable.
  5. When visiting the tax office, you can receive, as part of priority service, only the service selected during online registration.

What steps do you need to take to sign up for an inspection online?

The online appointment booking service is simple and easy to use. After familiarizing yourself with the rules for registering an appointment, a potential visitor is asked to fill out two forms:

  1. A page where you need to provide information about yourself. Here you must indicate the type of taxpayer (legal entity, individual, individual entrepreneur) and the last and first name of the visitor. You are also invited to leave your contact phone number and email address (optional).
  2. Page with parameters for visiting the inspection. Here you can select a specific inspection, the service the visitor wants to receive, and the desired appointment date.

After filling in all required fields, the visitor is asked to confirm his choice. The result of a successful entry is the appearance of an electronic ticket. You can print it on a printer or write down the PIN code on it in order to print out the coupon when visiting the inspection at a special terminal (printing is done by entering the PIN code).
