How to connect to the program?

Why do you charge for delivery to pick-up points?

The “Collection” bonus program is an unlimited and free loyalty program for bank clients. It allows you to receive and accumulate bonuses for the active use of cards in payments; for opening deposits, as well as their replenishment and extension of validity; for obtaining mortgages and car loans; re-loan in cash. Then the cardholder can exchange the collected bonuses for a reward selected from a special catalogue.

The project works only for VTB24 cardholders, namely for those who have a salary card issued by this bank, and those who have opened or are going to open one of the cards of the “Privilege” or “Prime” package, as well as “gold” or classic map.

If a client has two cards from the list of eligible participants, the VTB bonus program will be valid for both of them, and the points will be summed up.

If the card had to be reissued, the bonuses on the account are retained.

What do you need to participate in the program?

Also, the personal bonus VTB Collection will be replenished by 500 points when opening a repeated deposit in rubles in the amount from 300,000 to 2,999,999.99 rubles, when it is replenished and extended. If a repeated deposit is opened for an amount of more than 3,000,000 rubles, the participant will immediately receive 5,000 bonuses. For applying for a loan you are awarded from 500 to 1000 points.

In addition, an additional 500 bonuses will be credited to the account of the client participating in the program if, on his recommendation, another person successfully registers in it.

More about bonuses

Bonus points are credited to your account within three weeks from the date of successful transaction.

Points are converted into rubles at the rate of 30 kopecks for each bonus. If for three years the client has never used points from his account, the bank reserves the right to reset them.

Transferring bonus points to another person is not permitted. However, you can give a product from the catalog by paying for it and indicating the recipient's address and contact phone number in the delivery column.

Accrual of points for transactions in foreign currency is calculated at the Bank of Russia exchange rate on the date of payment. Bonuses are active for two years from the date of accrual. To receive prizes, you must add the product you like to your cart. Next, the goods are reserved for the bonus program participant, then the amount is transferred to the card in rubles, and the card is used to pay the partner store for gifts. Bonuses must be used within 2 years from the date of accrual. After this period, bonuses expire.
