If you want to take a walk through picturesque places, you will have to get to Tsaritsynsky Park by transport, fortunately not for long. You can only reach the “wild” part of it on foot. The buildings are located in an industrial zone. To be fair, we note that previously there was a shoe factory operating here, and not a metallurgical or chemical plant that was smoking all over Moscow.

The layouts are usual - linear and “vest”, with right angles and balconies. Everything is logical: the living area increases, which means the size of the kitchen and bathroom increases - you will not find any significant shortcomings or any frills. There are only three nuances:
