General provisions

Participants in this Bonus Program are only individuals who have registered on the Site. By placing an Order, the Participant thereby agrees with each and every provision of this document.

The bonus program is unlimited and can be terminated or changed unilaterally by the Seller in whole or in part at any time at its discretion. All changes will be reflected on the Site.

The bonus program is not a lottery (including incentives).

Assignment, change, loss of status The bonus program provides 4 statuses:

The “Basic” status is assigned to Participants automatically after registration in the Bonus Program.

The Participant's status changes if the Participant achieves indicators that meet the following conditions for assigning the corresponding Status:

The status of Participants is reviewed weekly. Changes in status - both upward and downward - are made automatically, taking into account the cost of purchases in the “completed” status based on the amount of purchases for 12 months as of the date of recalculation. If a Member has not made any purchases within 12 months, he is assigned a lower status.

Provision, use, cancellation and validity of Bonuses

4.1 Provision of bonuses

Bonuses are awarded for the following actions of the Participant within the Bonus Program:

Bonuses for an Order are provided immediately after the Order changes to the “Completed” status (usually after delivery and payment for the Order). The number of Bonuses provided to the Participant for an Order depends on his Status. The cost of delivery in the Order is included in the calculation of the number of Bonuses provided. To earn bonus points, the total cost of the order, taking into account discounts, must be at least 100 rubles. Delivery costs are not included.

7 days before the Participant’s birthday, if he is subscribed to the site’s mailing lists, he receives a letter with a promotional code, which, by activating it in the “My Points” section, the user receives 2000 bonuses. The date of birth must be indicated during registration or in your personal account 2 weeks before the birthday. Points awarded as a birthday gift can be spent within a month. After the specified period, unused gift points will be debited.

4.2 Use of Bonuses

When placing an Order, the Participant can apply Bonuses as a request for a discount on the ordered Product based on the ratio of 10 Bonuses = a discount on a product item in the amount of 1 ruble.

The maximum amount of the discount provided under this Bonus Program cannot exceed 30% of the Order value.

The moment the Participant uses Bonuses when placing an Order is considered to be the confirmation of the Order in accordance with the rules for placing an Order.

Discounts using promotional codes cannot be combined with bonuses. The participant chooses either to use bonus points to receive a discount or a discount using a promotional code.

Payment with points is not available for pre-ordered books.

Bonuses cannot be transferred to third parties.

Bonuses are not a means of payment. Accumulated bonus amounts cannot be exchanged for cash or non-cash money.

When placing an Order using Bonuses, the Participant is notified that Bonuses are written off in accordance with the procedure for their accrual to the Participant’s account.

4.3 Cancellation and validity period of Bonuses

If an Order or Product is canceled before it is received, the expected provision of Bonuses for this order will not occur.

If a Product from an order or an Order for which Participants used Bonuses as a discount is cancelled, the Bonuses used when placing an Order or purchasing a Product will be returned to the Participant automatically at the time of Cancellation.

If the Participant returns the Product from the Order or the Order after receipt, the Bonuses provided for it will be canceled regardless of the reasons for returning the Product or Order

If the Participant, after receiving it, returns the Product from the Order or the Order for which he used Bonuses as a discount, then the Bonuses used when placing the Order or purchasing the Product will be returned to the Participant.

If within one year (12 months) the Participant is not provided with Bonuses for orders and reviews, then all Participant Bonuses are unilaterally canceled by the Seller.

Informing the Participant

When the Participant confirms the Order, a letter is sent to his email address indicating all the parameters of the Order, including Bonuses used and expected to be provided.

The Participant can familiarize himself with information on the use and provision of Bonuses in his Personal Account.

Immediately after the Order changes to the “Completed” status, Bonuses with the status are transferred to the Participant’s use and become available for use in accordance with this document.

Information about the conditions of the Bonus Program is brought to the attention of Participants by sending an electronic notification to the email address contained in the Participant’s registration data and on the Site.

By confirming his participation in the Bonus Program, the Participant agrees to receive emails from the Seller containing information both about the Bonus Program, changes in the Participant’s Status, code words sent in accordance with these Regulations, and to receive mailings from the Seller about discounts and promotions held in within the framework of the Bonus Program.

The Participant has the right to unsubscribe from receiving the Seller’s mailings about discounts and promotions in his personal account.

Other provisions

The Participant grants the Seller the right to store, process and use information about the Participant’s Bonuses under the Program, and also grants the Seller the right to send him any information about the Program, including by email specified by the participant when registering on the Site, as well as when placing Orders, in framework and goals of the Program implementation.

In the event of termination of the Program, all Bonuses received by the Client can be used by him within 14 days after notification of termination of the Program; in case of non-use, they are subject to cancellation by the Seller without payment of any compensation to the Client.

The Seller is not responsible for any losses that may arise as a result of the Participant's participation in the Program, as well as as a result of termination of participation in the Program.
