How do I use my first booking coupon?

To use a coupon, you must fulfill two mandatory conditions of the system:

• condition #1 - the coupon must be used within 1 year from the date of registration on the site. Those. you can register now via this link , even if you are not going anywhere at the moment, but go on a trip within the next year (the discount will be waiting for you all this time)
• condition #2 - to activate the discount, you must book accommodation for an amount of at least $78

Other things to remember:

• First booking coupon can only be used once
• The coupon cannot be combined with other discounts (seasonal, etc.)
• if you booked accommodation using a coupon, but later canceled the reservation, the coupon is still considered used
• the coupon does not cover apartment cleaning fees (if the owner has provided for such payments) and other additional fees and taxes

Book accommodation and get a discount

Let's say we plan to visit Gdansk and stay there for example for 4 nights. We find a nice apartment in the city center, costing $27 per day or $108 for the entire stay. Your bonus is displayed immediately and is automatically deducted from the booking amount (see photo below).

The total amount has decreased by the discount amount and is $99. To complete your reservation, click the “Request Reservation” button. If the landlord confirms your reservation, the payment amount will be deducted from your card and a letter will be sent to your e-mail with confirmation, landlord contacts and further instructions.

What to do if the reservation amount does not reach the minimum required $76? Your discount is not going anywhere and is waiting for the right occasion when the booking amount is sufficient.

Let's say you decide to visit Budapest on Hellowen and find a wonderful apartment in the city center for only $23 per night. But the total payment for two nights was $50. That is, you did not reach the required minimum and the coupon remains unused (see photo below)

But don’t rush to get upset, even if the minimum reservation amount does not reach the required $76, you can get a discount, and I’ll tell you how to do this further (for those who are especially impatient)

Lifehack. And now I’ll reveal a couple of “tricks” for those who travel in pairs or with friends and book accommodation for a period of a week or more. Let’s say you are a young couple, you decide to go to Prague for 10 days, you find an apartment and the total amount of your reservation is, say, $300. In this case, it makes sense to split the reservation into two parts and apply 2 discounts. It may be a little confusing, so I’ll break it down in detail.

The algorithm of actions is as follows. One of the companions registers an account on AirBnb using this link and receives a $20 bonus to his account.
