During the implementation of the project, 145 thousand square meters will be built. m of housing - 1671 buildings of various formats (cottages and townhouses). All houses in Ecodolye Sholokhovo are being built in the same architectural style according to a concept developed in the Archstroydesign ASD workshop. Environmentally friendly materials and energy-saving technologies are used in construction.

The area of ​​townhouses ranges from 88 to 169 sq. m. m, each of them comes with a plot ranging in size from 1 to 4 acres. The area of ​​the cottages is 110-393 square meters. m, personal territory - from 6 to 30 acres. Housing is offered with an open plan. The roads and sidewalks in the village are asphalted. All communications are central - electricity, sewerage, water and gas supply. Television, Internet and telephone lines are connected to the buildings.
