The low-rise residential complex "Ekodolye Sholokhovo" from the Ecodolye Group of Companies is located in the village of Sholokhovo near Moscow, Mytishchi district. A plot of 100 hectares has been allocated for development. Construction will take 10 years.

What is being built in the village?

During the implementation of the project, 145 thousand square meters will be built. m of housing - 1671 buildings of various formats (cottages and townhouses). All houses in Ecodolye Sholokhovo are being built in the same architectural style according to a concept developed in the Archstroydesign ASD workshop. Environmentally friendly materials and energy-saving technologies are used in construction.

The area of ​​townhouses ranges from 88 to 169 sq. m. m, each of them comes with a plot ranging in size from 1 to 4 acres. The area of ​​the cottages is 110-393 square meters. m, personal territory - from 6 to 30 acres. Housing is offered with an open plan. The fencing around the perimeter of the houses will be made of picket fence.

The roads and sidewalks in the village are asphalted. All communications are central - electricity, sewerage, water and gas supply. Television, Internet and telephone lines are connected to the buildings.

The infrastructure of neighboring settlements - Lobnya, Fedoskino and Marfino - is available to residents. Nearby are Lugovskaya and Marfinskaya schools, two kindergartens, one of which has a speech therapy focus. There is a hospital in Mytishchi.

Moscow can be reached via Dmitrovskoye Shosse (15 km to MKAD) or by rail. Lugovaya railway station is within a 20-minute walking distance, from where trains go to Savyolovsky station. Minibuses run from the village to the Altufyevo metro station.
