1. General Provisions.

1.1. IL DE BEAUTE JSC (TIN 7707061530, KPP 774901001, PSRN 1027700292938, legal address: Russian Federation, 107031, Moscow, Pyatnitskaya str., 74, building 1/2), hereinafter referred to as the "Company", issues own Discount Cards owned by the Company.

1.2. For the purposes of this Regulation, the Discount Card is an identification document confirming the right to receive discounts in the ILE DE BEAUTE perfumery and cosmetics stores and / or stores of other chains in accordance with the terms of ongoing partnership programs. The sale of goods (works, services) using Discount Cards implies a reduction in their price within a specific transaction and determines the market price of goods (works, services).

1.3. Providing retail customers with discounts on goods (works, services) through the use of Discount Cards is due to the following goals:

  • ensuring the high quality of the Company's interaction with buyers of all statuses and, on this basis, combining competitive prices;
  • increase in sales volumes and further growth of the Company's profitability;
  • stimulation of consumer demand for the services of the ILE DE BEAUTE retail network;
  • formation of consumer commitment to their trademarks;
  • gaining new and retaining old customers;
  • determination of the terms of contracts with buyers of the Company's goods containing conditions for the provision of discounts, the inclusion in them of legally established requirements and the exclusion from them of conditions that contradict the law, as well as incomplete, ambiguous and contradictory requirements;
  • conclusion of a retail sale agreement on terms that can be duly fulfilled by the Company and the buyer.

1.4. The following types of ILE DE BEAUTE Discount Cards (hereinafter referred to as the Discount Cards) operate in the chain of perfumery and cosmetics stores "ILE DE BEAUTE":

1.5. The Company may issue Discount Cards of a different design, including those with partner logos.

1.6 The discount for goods with Discount Cards at the checkout in the store may differ from that specified in clauses 4.6, 5.3, 6.3, 8.2 due to rounding the amount on the check to a whole ruble up or down. Rounding up is applied for the range from 0.50 to 0.99 kopecks, rounding down - for the range from 0.01 kopecks. up to 0.49 kop.

1.7. For Club and VIP discount cards, the discount in the check is applied to each item of goods separately.

2. Conditions for obtaining the ILE DE BEAUTE Discount Card.

2.1. The conditions for obtaining the Club Discount Card are the purchase by the buyer - an individual (hereinafter referred to as the Discount Card Holder) of a one-time purchase for any amount in any store of the "ILE DE BEAUTE" perfumery and cosmetics network and the mandatory filling out of the questionnaire attached as Appendix 1 to these Regulations (hereinafter - Questionnaire).

The conditions for obtaining the ILE DE BEAUTE VIP Discount Card are the accumulation on the Club Discount Card of the amount of purchases over 50,000 rubles and filling out the Questionnaire, making a one-time purchase of goods in the amount of more than 50,000 rubles. after discounts or making a one-time purchase of ILE DE BEAUTE Debit Gift Cards in the amount of more than 50,000 rubles.

The conditions for issuing a Virtual Discount Card are:

  • card with an initial 10% discount - any purchase in the online store or mobile application ILE DE BEAUTE,
  • card with an initial discount of up to 20% - participation in the IL DE BEAUTE affiliate program, under which the program participant receives and stores the card in a mobile application.

2.2. In order to receive a Discount Card, the buyer is obliged to fill out the Questionnaire (in case of receiving a Virtual Discount Card in the online store or mobile application ILE DE BEAUTE - an electronic questionnaire, in case of receiving a Virtual Discount Card as part of participation in an affiliate program - a questionnaire provided by the partner), and sign in it, (with the exception of the Virtual Discount Card, where the buyer must go through the registration procedure by filling in all the required fields of the electronic registration form, completing by clicking the "register" button), which means the buyer's consent to these Regulations.

2.3. 2.4. 2.6. The personal data specified in the Questionnaire is stored in the information system of ILE DE BEAUTE. 2.7. In order to attract new customers and fulfill obligations under partnership agreements, the Company has the right to organize the distribution of its Discount Cards in stores of other retail chains without the condition of making a purchase. At the same time, the Discount Card, with the exception of the Virtual Discount Card, issued to the client of the partner trading network, is activated only after the holder of this card fills out the Questionnaire in accordance with clauses 2.2 - 2.6 of this Regulation in any of the IL DE BEAUTE perfumery and cosmetics stores, and the Virtual Discount Card the card is activated only after the holder of this card fills out the Questionnaire in accordance with paragraphs 2.2 - 2.6 of these Regulations after registering the card in the ILE DE BEAUTE Information System.

3. Terms of use of ILE DE BEAUTE Discount Cards.

3.1. The discount card is the property of the Company.

3.2. The IL DE BEAUTE discount card is an annex to the public retail sale and purchase agreement and an element of the Company's marketing policy. The ILE DE BEAUTE discount card is a confirmation of the right of the bearer of this card to demand a discount, on the one hand, and the obligation of the Company during the validity period of the card to provide the cardholder with a discount equal to the face value of this card when purchasing goods from the range and at prices presented at the place of sale goods on the day of the conclusion of the contract of retail sale, on the other hand.

3.3. The discount on the Discount Card becomes valid up to 2 days after the registration of the card at the cash desk, including the first issued Discount Cards, replaced or exchanged Club Cards for a VIP card. 3.4. The validity period of the Discount Card is not limited. The validity period of the Virtual Discount Card received by the buyer as part of participation in the IL DE BEAUTE affiliate program may be limited and indicated by the partner when issuing such a card.

3.5. The discount card is valid for the purchase of goods and services in all stores of the ILE DE BEAUTE network, both for cash and for non-cash payments.

3.6. Discount on the Discount Card is provided only upon presentation of the card by the person in whose name the card is issued. Store employees may offer the buyer to present a document,

certifying identity. In the absence of such a document or in the event of a discrepancy between the names of the owner of the document and the bearer of the Discount Card, the employee has the right to refuse to provide a discount and withdraw the card from circulation.

3.7. Instead of using a physical plastic card, the customer can register in the ILE DE BEAUTE mobile application and activate an existing Discount Card, after which it becomes possible to scan the card number from a mobile phone.

3.8. The discount card is not transferable to third parties. Reissuing a Discount Card to another person is possible only if the cardholder, in the presence of the director or administrator of the store, confirms his consent to its reissuance. For reissuance, it is necessary to present documents proving the identity of both the cardholder and the person to whom it is reissued. The new owner of the Discount Card must fill out the Questionnaire in accordance with clause 2.2 of this Regulation.

3.9. During promotions, in which the buyer is given a discount higher than that corresponding to his card, the purchase amounts are not credited to the card, the buyer's card at the checkout is not used, unless otherwise stipulated by the terms of the promotion.

3.10. During special promotions, potential customers may be issued Discount Cards with already established discounts that exceed the initial one. And the existing ones are offered conditions under which there is an accelerated accumulation of the amount on the card.

3.11. When buying goods at a special price (marked with special price tags) and with a limited discount, the discount on the Discount Card is not provided, but the cost of such goods is credited to the accumulative part of the Discount Card.

3.14. The Company has the right to unilaterally, without prior notice to the Owner of the Discount Card, cancel the Discount Card if:

The discount card has not been used for more than twelve consecutive months without good reason.

The owner of the Discount Card violates the rules for using the Discount Card.

3.15. Each Discount Card has its own unique number and is presented to the seller - cashier before making a purchase.

3.16. The conditions for granting discounts and their amounts may be changed by the Company unilaterally without special notice to the Discount Card Holders. Since the conditions for granting discounts and their amount may change, Discount Card Holders have the right to rely on the amount of discounts valid at the time of purchase.

3.17. The discount card is protected from forgery, the authenticity of the card is checked before payment or invoicing.

3.18. In case of loss or damage, the Discount Card is restored, provided that the Questionnaire is filled out correctly (the readability and correctness of the specified data) upon issuing the card with savings on it. If the card is lost more than three times within six months, the Company has the right to refuse to replace the Discount Card for the client. When replacing a lost Discount Card with a new one, the lost card is blocked.

Restoration, replacement of a card through an exchange is possible subject to a purchase.

3.19. The owner of the Discount Card can have only one Discount Card. The Company has the right to withdraw an extra Discount Card from the Owner if he is the owner of several Discount Cards.

4. Additional rules for using the Club Discount Card.

4.1. A Club Discount Card is issued when making a purchase for any amount in any store of the IL DE BEAUTE perfumery and cosmetics network.

4.2. Customers receive a 10% discount on their first purchase. Further, the amount of the discount provided by the Club Discount Card depends on the amount of savings on the card (see the Discount accumulation table below).

4.3. The amount of purchases is credited to the Club Discount Card automatically the next day after payment for the purchase in ILE DE BEAUTE stores, and when ordering in the Online Store after payment and receipt of the order, for up to 14 days.

4.4. The Owner can find out about the current amount of savings on the Club Discount Card in any store of the ILE DE BEAUTE chain from sales assistants, on the website www.site.

4.5. The Club Discount Card gives the right to receive a VIP Discount Card when accumulating savings in excess of 50,000 rubles. Savings on the card are summed up taking into account the discounts provided for this card.

5.1. 6. Rules for using the Virtual Discount Card.

6.1. For any purchase in the Online Store or the IL DE BEAUTE mobile application, the client will be offered to issue a Virtual Discount Card with an initial 10% discount, valid from the moment the card is issued. By selecting this option by ticking the appropriate box, the client instantly receives a Virtual Discount Card and an initial 10% discount on the first purchase.

6.2. The IL DE BEAUTE virtual card issued upon purchase in the IL DE BEAUTE online store or mobile application is valid both when buying in the IL DE BEAUTE online store or mobile application or the IL DE BEAUTE partner mobile application, and in the IL perfumery and cosmetics network DE BEAUTE.

6.8. Each Virtual Discount Card has its own unique number.

6.9. The conditions for granting discounts and their amounts may be changed by the Company unilaterally without special notice to the owners of Virtual Discount Cards. 6.10. The Virtual Discount Card gives the right to receive a plastic Discount Card in any IL DE BEAUTE store. 7. Additional rules for using the Virtual Discount Card

7.1 The Virtual Discount Card issued to the Buyer participating in the Affiliate Program is valid in all ILE DE BEAUTE stores.

7.2 The amount of the discount provided in ILE DE BEAUTE stores is determined by the initial discount established as part of participation in the affiliate program and subsequent accumulations on the card (The discount accumulation table is indicated in clause 7.3. of these Regulations. 7.3 For purchases in the ILE DE BEAUTE stores using the Virtual Discount Card received by the Owner as part of the partnership program, the Owner scans the card number from a mobile phone or dictates it to the cashier.

7.4 The Company has the right to unilaterally, without prior notice to the Owner of the Virtual Discount Card, cancel the Discount Card issued to the buyer participating in the affiliate program, if the validity period of such affiliate program IL DE BEAUTE has expired.

8. Other terms

8.1. The Company reserves the right to make any changes to the terms of circulation of the Discount Cards at any time without prior notice to the Owners of the Discount Cards. 8.2.. The owner of the Discount Card independently monitors changes in the terms of circulation of the Discount Cards.
