A set of sets for the automatic Forex robot sniper. Sniper Advisor

Legendary advisor Sniper, built with 7 indicators. The robot was tested on a real account for 3 years and brought more than 300%. The deposit was withdrawn as profit in the first year of trading.

Description of the trading system

The trading system was developed by us in 2013, then the adviser was tested in its original version and brought good profits over a year of trading. After this, it was decided to refine the advisor to perfection and continue trading on the test account, the link to which is above. The advisor, as expected, gave excellent results! Moreover, we would like to note that the advisor’s settings have never changed. They were set by default in September 2015, and they still are. The robot trades on a VPS and we rarely look into the account to withdraw profits.

So, the essence of the trading system. It is extremely difficult to describe all the tactics of this robot since it contains various mechanisms that were developed to reduce risks, but the basis is that the robot looks for trend pullbacks, which are notified by the indicators Parabolic SAR, MACD, MA, Envelopes, CCI, RVI, Alligator. After which, it enters the market, and if successful, it closes in profit, and if the trend continues, it places a double, safe grid, in which there are both orders with the trend and against it.

Thus, no matter where the price goes next, the lot gradually increases in the direction of the movement and against it. As a result, at the next trend rollback (and rollbacks (corrections) exist, have always been and will always be), the robot closes in profit and waits for the next signal. Of course, to trade in profit and have a minimum drawdown, you must comply with a number of conditions, which we will describe below, however, having configured the advisor once, you can forget about it and only occasionally come back for the earned profit, as we do.

Settings

  • Fixed lot- Fixed lot. If auto lot is disabled, the lot is taken from here.
  • Auto Lot (0 - disabled)- Auto lot. It is calculated as the deposit amount / per quantity specified in this parameter * per lot 0.01. For example, you have 1000 USD and 100 is indicated here. The lot will automatically be set to 0.1 and will increase as the deposit grows. The option is indispensable for fruitful automated trading. Moreover, in version 7.0.0, now take profit in the deposit currency (as well as stop and trail) also increases in parallel with the lot.
  • Martingale (0 - disabled)- Next lot multiplier. We recommend setting it to 1.6; this is the value we always use.
  • Profit in Pips / Currency- Work with points or deposit currency.
  • Take Profit- Take profit. You can specify it in points, or in the deposit currency (depending on the Profit in Pips / Curency option) Take profit is invisible to the broker.
  • Stop Loss- Same with stop loss.
  • Turbo Mode- Turbo mode. When enabled, the advisor increases profit in drawdowns, compensating for the time spent taking profit. We recommend turning on this mode.
  • Turbo Max Profit- How much maximum profit can you take in turbo mode?
  • Trailing Stop (0 - disabled)- Trailing stop in points/currency. Invisible to the broker.
  • Trailing Step- Step trailing stop.
  • Step for new orders- The step through which the mesh is constructed.
  • Close Orders- By enabling this option, you can interfere with the work of the advisor and close all transactions. If you think that the required profit has been taken and the robot is still waiting, enable this option and the advisor will calculate the profit by closing orders.
  • Max Spread (0 - disabled)- Maximum spread for opening orders. 0 - disabled.
  • Magic Number- Magic number. When trading on different pairs, it is not necessary to change the magic number as the advisor distinguishes the pairs automatically.
  • Output Information- Turn on/off graphics on the screen.

Additional Information

The advisor can work on any currency pairs, but we are testing it on GBP/USD, it’s just that its development began with this pair and it still trades on it to this day. You can use any instruments for trading, having previously tested it on them and selected the optimal settings.

The advisor works with any deposit currency! Next, let’s say the deposit currency is USD. The starting deposit very much depends on the cost of one point with a lot of 0.01. If one tick with a given lot is equal to 0.01, the deposit can be used for 500 USD or more (on a cent account 5 USD or more), if the cost of a tick with a lot is 0.01 = 0.1, the deposit must be at least 5000 USD , or 50 USD on a cent account.

The leverage should be 1:500, or even better 1:1000. With such leverage, trading results are much better and the maximum drawdown is lower since the robot manages to open the necessary trades with and against the trend on time. If your leverage is lower, the advisor's performance will deteriorate significantly.

The results of real trading and those in the strategy tester differ significantly. As soon as the adviser began its work, it was immediately noticed. Therefore, we give advice - test everything only on demo and real life. In this case, in reality the results are much better than the tester shows. You can verify this by looking at the test account (link above).

The advisor's timeframe greatly influences trading since the signals are taken from the timeframe on which the robot is installed. We recommend H1 or higher. If you set the timeframe lower, there will be more trades, but their quality will significantly decrease.

Well, we also recommend not to invest all your money in one robot. Make a portfolio of advisors and share the capital! This will allow you to reduce risks and earn more, since some robots love trends, others love flats... And by creating a portfolio, they will work in any market atmosphere.

Testing on VPS 4th year

Much to our regret and disappointment in the broker with whom we have worked all these years with this advisor, we are forced to report that the broker, without notifying us, made a huge mistake and through his fault the advisor lost the entire deposit! The broker abruptly switched from 4-digit quotes to 5-digit ones, which resulted in a huge load on the deposit, and since the advisor was on a VPS and was configured to work with 4-digit, the robot naturally could not withstand the load that it would have previously withstood with a drawdown of no more than 5-digit. 10%. This is very sad! You can see what happened on our signal, where you can see how the broker drained our account. https://www.mql5.com/ru/signals/130353 When you go into the trading history, you will see how the quotes became 5 digits. Be careful when choosing a broker!!! Do you think it’s normal to change 4-digit quotes to 5-digit ones? Undoubtedly this is a stick in the wheel, and now we will choose another broker. We would like to emphasize that the Sniper advisor worked for 3 years and 3 months with a maximum drawdown of no more than 40%, with a working drawdown of 5-10%, which indicates its excellent performance.

Trading Advisor Sniper is a robot that works. This system is installed on one window and by default works with two pairs of currencies that are correlated with each other.

The trading process takes place using the pipstep method, and to optimize trading, the robot is equipped with an interruption coefficient.

The Sniper trading advisor uses TakeProfit, upon reaching the level of which transactions are closed in profit. The robot, which you can download for free, is quite simple to use, and in addition, the user of the algorithm can open the advisor’s code himself and make the necessary changes.

Now, let's take a closer look at how the Sniper trading advisor works. So, the uniqueness of the algorithm lies in its work with indicators. Note that the operating principle of the Expert Advisor is both complex and simple, but all versions of the robot, like 3.0 or 3.2, work according to the same algorithm.

The sniper opens 4 trading transactions simultaneously for currency pairs:

  • EUR/USD (Buy and Sell),
  • as well as GBP/USD (Buy and Sell).

Further, for example, a Buy transaction on EUR/USD and a Sell transaction on GBP/USD bring profit, which are closed by the Forex Sniper advisor using TakeProfit. At the same time, the remaining orders opened by the robot lose and Sniper either closes them or interrupts them, closing them at profit-loss.

For those who are interested in how the Sniper advisor works, it will be interesting to know that this expert automatically trades both 4-digit and 5-digit quotes without additional settings. The value of pipstep is equal to TakeProfit. If you want to change this value, which is different for each pair of currencies, then regardless of the TakeProfit value, this can be done in the advisor’s code.

Let us remind you that its code is open source. Below you can see a report on the work of the Sniper advisor during the day.

Trading using the Sniper advisor: 2 proven methods

This advisor is installed like any other automatic or non-automatic robot, so we will not dwell on this issue in detail.

Let's say a few words about the settings. After dragging the advisor onto the chart, a window with settings for its parameters will open:

  • TakeProfit – the level to which the second order from the link should reach (for the first order this level will be equal to the StopLoss value);
  • StopLoss – set for both orders;
  • Total lot – will be the sum of lot values for two orders;
  • Open two orders – the value “true”, for example, with a total lot of 1.0, will make it possible to open two orders with a volume of 0.5 lots each (the volume of the total lot is divided in half);
  • StopLoss of acceleration order – this parameter will depend on the volume of acceleration orders;
  • Magic number of orders - when this value is set to “0”, the robot will “pick up” those orders that were opened manually.

After linking the robot to the trading chart, a panel should appear with special buttons for opening positions, as well as for accelerating your deposit. There is also a special information panel on current profits, losses and open transactions.

The Sniper trading advisor is intended for use in. Regarding currency pairs, preference should be given to those used in the strategy of the same name by Pavel Dmitriev, but based on their practice, almost all are suitable.

Since this robot is not fully automatic, there are no determining criteria for the size of the minimum deposit. We also note that our advisor is suitable for the Sniper strategy, but also in other strategies as an auxiliary robot.

BEST FOREX BROKERS, ACCORDING TO THE RUSSIAN RATING FOR 2019:

So, we have looked at how the Sniper trading advisor works, now let's find out how it is used. Let's start with the fact that the Sniper robot is intended for use in the strategy of the same name - developed by Pavel Dmitriev, which we will discuss below. Initially, this strategy involved manual trading, where the trader needed to find certain levels on time intervals from M30 to H1 and then, at the M5 level, look for an entry point on higher intervals.

Entry is made by opening two orders.

That is, this strategy involves applying the Safe rule:

  • where one of the open orders will be closed for a small profit,
  • and the second one will close at StopLoss.

If the trader made a mistake with the direction, then as a result of such manipulations he will not receive anything, but if he chose the direction correctly, then both open orders will bring profit.

That is, you understand that this strategy requires simultaneously opening two orders, with individual opening of levels and volume of transactions. All this requires time, even if not much, but as you know, even in a matter of seconds the market can suddenly change direction and entry into it will be made at prices that differ from each other.

Let us immediately note that this Expert Advisor is not fully automatic. In other words, he does not conduct a subtle market analysis and does not identify entry points. All these actions are performed directly by the trader, and Sniper only opens orders at the entry points specified by the speculator.

It should be immediately noted that the main function of this expert is to accelerate the deposit - one of the components of the Sniper trading strategy, developed by Pavel Dmitriev.

The “Sniper” strategy has already won the status of “Grail” among many Forex traders, although it requires strict adherence to the basic rules of safe entry into the market when trading, otherwise positive results will not be achieved. Trading according to the strategy is carried out on 5-minute time frames, and the market analysis itself and the search for resistance and support levels are carried out on higher time intervals.

In general, Pavel Dmitriev’s development is a prototype of several strategies, or rather the “Meat” and “Alive System” trading systems. The strategy received its name – “Sniper” for its high accuracy of entering the market.

The attractiveness of this strategy is as follows:

Firstly, it is used at 5-minute time intervals, which makes it possible to open several transactions a day when clear signals appear, and this is not a small profit.
Secondly, the strategy can be used for almost any currency instrument.
Well, and thirdly, the basis of the Sniper trading system is clearly defined rules that, if followed, facilitate the least risky and most accurate market entry.

We described the essence of the strategy itself above, and for a clearer understanding of how you can trade using it, we suggest that you familiarize yourself with a short video material, where the real results of the Sniper system are shown:

In conclusion, we note that the trading advisor Sniper versions 3.0 and 3.2 will be a good assistant for traders familiar with the strategy of the same name by Pavel Dmitriev. It is necessary to take into account that this algorithm is designed only to accelerate one deposit, that is, you will not be able to open an unbalanced double lock using the Sniper robot.

Also note that TakeProfit acceleration orders must be placed manually or closed yourself, again manually, since the robot is not fully automatic.

And of course, follow the rules of money management - when using the Sniper advisor, losses received in the event of closing StopLoss orders should not exceed 1% of the size of your deposit.

Expert Sniper Advisor

Trading robot Sniper. Uses at work 7 trading indicators and many different mechanisms that control the trading process! All indicators used to receive a signal are known - these are Parabolic SAR, MACD, MA, Envelopes, CCI, RVI, Alligator! The advisor constantly analyzes and keeps under control any market situation. How the system was created
We have always wanted to create a fully automatic trading system that would manage all processes independently and would not require human control. We developed and tested a lot of strategies and decided to collect all the best mechanisms for working with the market that we knew into one advisor! This is how the trading robot Sniper appeared, which was placed on a real account And has been successfully trading on it for more than one year! For trading, we use minimal risks, which allows us to receive 10-15% per month with a maximum drawdown of no more than 40%.

Today you have the newest and best version of the advisor! The system will give you excellent results if you do not take big risks! The double mesh smooths out subsidence very well and quickly recovers from it. This robot is the best and most reliable of all that we know at the moment! We do not charge unimaginable prices and have made this robot accessible to every trader.

Advice! When the robot gives you a profit of 100% of the initial deposit, we highly recommend withdrawing it! Then, after the first withdrawal, you will withdraw your investments and the robot will continue to trade with the funds earned. That's exactly what we did

.

Attention! Before buying an advisor, test it well and select the settings that suit you. If you are completely satisfied with the result of the advisor's work on the demo account, you can buy. Happy trading everyone!

All parameters in the set files that you received with the advisor are indicated for new points (5-digit quotes). For old items (4 digits), the advisor will automatically adjust the settings, so you don’t need to change anything manually.

Common parameters

  • MagicNumber- actually, majik.
  • Slip- slippage.
  • Lots- transaction volume.
  • DepoPer001Lot- if the value is zero, the advisor will trade a fixed lot specified in the Lots parameter. If the value is not zero, the lot will be calculated automatically. You need to indicate a number per 0.01 lot. For example, if the deposit is 3000 and you specified 1000 in this parameter, then the transaction will be opened with a volume of 0.03.
  • LotExponent- multiplier. That is, the lot of the current transaction will be multiplied by this value to calculate the size of the next order.
  • BaseLotLevelCount- determines the number of laps that will be opened sequentially with the initial lot.
  • PipStep- using this parameter you can set the minimum possible distance between transactions in the grid.
  • GridAvgCommissionSwap- whether to take into account the commission and swap when calculating the breakeven of the grid.
  • MaxTrades- the maximum permissible number of averaging laps.
  • TakeProfit- initial Take Profit.
  • Lvl1- starting from this order, take profit will be equal to TPS1.
  • TPS1- take profit, for transactions opened starting from Lvl1.
  • Lvl2- starting from this order, take profit will be equal to TPS2.
  • TPS2- take profit, for transactions opened starting from Lvl2.
  • TrailStart- you can specify after what number of profit points to start trailing the stop loss.
  • TrailStop- the distance at which the trailing stop moves after the start of the trawl. If the value is zero, TrailStop will be disabled.
  • TrailLvl1- starting from this order, TrailStart and TrailStop will be adjusted, similar to Lvl1 and TPS2.

Login settings

  • StopByMaxSymbolTrades- a filter for opening transactions if the number of active currency pairs (for which there are open orders) exceeds this value.

The Sniper trading strategy has proven itself when working on any market and any instrument. It is not surprising that attempts are being made to automate it; if it were possible to create an algorithm that correctly marks the levels, trading would be easier by an order of magnitude. The “Sniper” advisor is one of these attempts to make sniper trading 100% automatic, reviews about the robot are contradictory, the review will answer the question of whether this algorithm is worth attention.

The developer of the advisor is unknown. What is clear is that the Forex Academy, which launched a special course on the updated strategy at the beginning of 2018, was not involved in its development and did not provide consultations. The author positions the “Sniper” advisor as a fully automatic version of the trading strategy of the same name.

If you are interested in a guaranteed working trading system, we recommend starting with a basic course on. His Forex Academy is ready to provide it to you completely free of charge. You just need to follow the link and leave your email address.

Like the strategy of the same name, this robot operates with resistance support levels (TIU, TIUS, RUZ). Entry points are named the same as in a manual strategy. After adding it to the chart, the robot builds support and resistance zones and signs entry points into the market. At first glance, everything looks the same as in a manual trading system.

This is how the advisor makes markings on the chart.

In the figure above, the first 2 RUZ and Retest would work well. You can find segments in history when the constructions of the Sniper advisor are almost 100% identical to the manual ones. There are areas where the robot does not build levels quite correctly - approximately the same problems are observed in other robots that use graphical analysis in their work.

In addition to TIU, TIUS, RUZ and the main entry points, the advisor marks zones of consolidation and accumulative flat. With default settings, the advisor marks these fragments in green.

It is not known how the Sniper advisor builds these levels, and this is a serious drawback of this tool. There is no opportunity to study the code, so it is impossible to understand what logic the author put into it. There is also no way to judge this by the settings.

In addition to levels and entry points, the robot also indicates the general direction of trading. How exactly the direction of the prevailing trend is determined is unknown.

There are a lot of parameters in this tool, but this does not really help in studying the robot. There are about 100 settings in total, they can be divided into 3 groups:

  • Parameters responsible for appearance. Here you can configure the color of the support and resistance zones, the thickness and color of the lines, the size and color of the font of the inscriptions on the chart. They do not affect the work of the advisor.
  • Removing markup on history– spent support and resistance will be deleted.
  • Search for positions of large players - the Sniper advisor has a function for searching for traces of market makers, it can be disabled.
  • Parameters responsible for alerts. For each type of input, you can assign your own sound alert and send notifications by e-mail.
  • Settings that are directly responsible for chart analysis and search for entry points. There are many of them and it is completely unclear which parameter is responsible for what.

Robot settings window.

Some parameters in the Sniper advisor are clear. For example, removing markings on history, auto trading, stop and take profit size in points. Here are just the key settings, the functions of which are beyond doubt:

  • Auto trading– if you set the value to “No”, the robot will become semi-automatic. Alerts will appear, but the decision to enter into a transaction will be made by the trader.
  • Trading Method– 0 is responsible for aggressive trading, 1 – for conservative trading.
  • SL method– with a value of 1, the stop will be set in points, with a value of 2, the Sniper advisor will move the SL beyond the extreme of the movement, at which a signal to enter the market appeared.
  • TR method– with 1, a fixed take profit is used, with 2 – the deal will be closed only when an opposite signal appears.
  • Trading from retest– whether an entry point of the Retest type will be used.
  • Maximum lot from balance– trading is carried out with a fixed lot, its size is indicated here.
  • Settlement balance– indicates the amount for which the Sniper advisor performs the necessary calculations.

However, there are a lot of settings whose influence on the analysis of the chart is unclear, as an example we will give such items as the threshold for checking the level by the crowd, the formation of crowd positions and others. There is no manual included.

On the one hand, the abundance of settings provides opportunities for optimization. On the other hand, the lack of explanation of the parameters reduces the possibility of effective optimization to nothing. All that remains is to use the Sniper advisor with default settings.

Test results

We will focus mainly on the results of testing in the MT4 tester. The default settings are designed to work on the EUR/USD currency pair on the M5 timeframe. The starting deposit for testing was $1000, the test was carried out over a period of more than six months.

Robot testing results.

As you can see, the Sniper advisor has serious problems with working even in the strategy tester:

  • In just over 7 months of trading, the loss exceeded 60% of the starting capital.
  • A total of 209 transactions were concluded, of which 61.24% were closed with a loss.
  • The maximum drawdown reaches 69.11%, a negative mathematical expectation of profit.
  • The deposit growth curve speaks most eloquently about the effectiveness of the robot. Only at the very beginning of the test there was a short-term growth, then the capital steadily decreased, that is, the Sniper advisor drains money.

How to optimize the robot is completely unclear. Without understanding which parameter is responsible for which, sorting through them at random makes no sense. Optimizing several dozen settings in this way can take weeks, if not months, of hard work. And this does not guarantee that the adviser will start working profitably.

The Sniper advisor does not monitor real accounts. MyFXBook is full of robots of the same name, but it is not known which advisor is used. There are several algorithms with this name on the Internet.

Conclusion

Advisor Sniper definitely cannot be called a successful robot, which can be immediately bet on a real account. The key points are unclear - how the robot builds levels, what the abundance of settings is responsible for, and most importantly - why it fails even in the MT4 tester. The fact that the same entry points are marked on the chart as in a manual strategy does not mean that the work is carried out in strict accordance with the rules of the original Sniper.

The prospects for optimizing the Sniper advisor are vague. There are parameters that you can experiment with, but there are too many of them, without knowing which direction to work in, you can spend days and weeks on this without a guarantee of success.

At the same time, the manual Sniper strategy works perfectly. You can verify this yourself by studying the free training course. You can get it using the link below by simply leaving an e-mail.
