Architectural concept

As conceived by the architects, the new buildings were made extremely “airy” due to the large glazing area and gave them a streamlined shape. From the outside it may seem that the buildings of the new building seem to have “melted” in the sun - they have a curved shape, and the facades on one side are slightly convex, which makes them look like spread sails. The project was successfully implemented - the buildings look unusual and at the same time interesting. To increase the comfort of residents, the courtyards were landscaped by planting greenery and installing small architectural forms - benches for rest, trash cans, fences, and street lighting in the Victorian style.
