Rules for using the "SUPRA" gift card

    1. SUPRA gift card is a plastic card certifying the right of its bearer to receive, without payment, any product or service from the assortment of stores of the Program Partners (“Service Places” of the card) for an amount not exceeding its face value.

    The bearer of a gift card - the Holder - can only be an individual who receives a product (service) exclusively for personal or family needs not related to business activities.

    Gift cards are accepted for service at all points specified in the “Catalogue Guide” attached to the Gift Card.

    The procedure for receiving goods and services using a Gift Card:

    The gift card can be used at any Point of Service outlet multiple times until its face value is fully redeemed.

    It is possible to receive goods and services using the Gift Card at different points of the “Service Place” at the request of its bearer - the Holder. The total cost of goods/services received using a Gift Card (at one or at different points of the “Service Place”) cannot exceed the card’s face value.

    If the total cost of goods/services is higher than the nominal value of the Gift Card, the bearer must pay the remaining amount at the point of sale.

    It is allowed to present several Gift Cards at the same time when receiving goods/services. In this case, card denominations (or remaining available funds) are summed up and goods/services are provided within this amount.

    Upon receipt of the selected product/service with a Gift Card, a POS terminal receipt (reporting document) is issued confirming the debiting of funds from this Card. - The holder is obliged to familiarize himself with the terms of purchase of goods/services before purchasing them.

    The gift card is perpetual - the card is not expired.

    The Gift Card is a "Bearer" card. If it is lost, it is not blocked and cannot be restored. Bearer - The holder of the card is considered its legal owner.

    The gift card is the property of the issuing company; after its use (receipt of goods/services for the full amount of the nominal value) it is not returned by the holder.

    Products received with a Gift Card are subject to return or exchange at points of purchase in accordance with current legislation.

    When returning goods received with a Gift Card, the amount debited from the card for the returned goods is not paid. It is possible to exchange for another product, or credit the funds to the Gift Card from which the payment was made.

    The issuing company - Non-profit Partnership "Union of Consumer Market Participants "ALTERNATIVE" - reserves the right to change the Rules for servicing Gift Cards unilaterally. Current information is posted on the company website: www.site.

Terms of the public offer

This user agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is an official public written offer (proposal) of the Non-Commercial Partnership "SUPRA", (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Center") addressed to all interested parties (hereinafter referred to as the User/Holder), collectively referred to as the Parties, to conclude on the terms and conditions specified in this document Agreement on the procedure for purchasing and servicing prepaid SUPRA Gift Cards.

The text of this Agreement is a public offer in accordance with Article 435 and Part 2 of Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

1. Procedure for concluding the Agreement (Acceptance of the Offer)

1.1. Due to the fact that this Agreement is a public offer (proposal) of the Service Center to conclude an Agreement, published on the official website of the Service Center on the Internet at the address: www.supra-tomsk.ru, the Agreement is considered concluded at the time of acceptance by the User/Offer Holder of the Service Provider center.

1.2. The Service Center and the User acknowledge that acceptance of the offer (acceptance of the offer to conclude this Agreement) is the fact of the User purchasing a SUPRA Gift Card at the Partners' outlets with payment of its face value.

1.3. The Service Center and the Holder acknowledge that acceptance of the offer is the fact of the first use of the SUPRA Gift Card in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

1.4. Having made the Acceptance, the User/Holder is considered to have confirmed that he:

    I have fully read the terms and conditions for the provision of goods and services by Partners.

    Acquired and uses the Card exclusively for personal, family or other needs not related to business activities, and such needs do not contradict the current Legislation.

2. Terms and Definitions

Acceptance- acceptance of the proposal to conclude an Agreement on the proposed terms.

Holder- any individual, including the User, who is in possession of the Gift Card. The holder is the legal owner of the goods/services purchased using the Gift Card.

Service locations - retail facilities of Partners in which goods/services are sold using Gift Cards. The addresses of Service Locations are posted by the Service Center on the website.

Denomination- the denomination of the Gift Card, expressed in rubles of the Russian Federation, the amount of funds payable by the User on the day of the Acceptance. The denomination of the Gift Card is indicated on its front side in the lower left corner. The denomination of the Gift Card cannot exceed 15,000 (fifteen thousand) rubles.

Service center- Non-profit Partnership "Union of Participants of the Consumer Market "Alternative" (NP "SUPRA", legal address: 125167, Moscow, Leningradsky Ave., 37, building 9, room XXXV, room 15, OGRN 1097799033342. INN 7743090039, KPP 7714010 01 ). The service center carries out actions to attract consumers of goods and services to the Service Locations, to encourage them, in order to create favorable conditions for the effective formation of the consumer market, the development of Program Partners, without making a profit. The Service Center ensures interaction between participants and is responsible for the coordination, development and maintenance of the Program.

Offer- a proposal (set of conditions) about the intention of the Service Center to ensure that the Program Partners provide goods/services to Cardholders.

Partner- legal entity, individual entrepreneur - Seller of goods/services sold using SUPRA Gift Cards, information about which is posted by the Service Center on the website www.site, and has concluded an Agreement on participation in the SUPRA Program with the Service Center.

Gift card- Gift card “SUPRA”. It is a prepaid card confirming the User’s prepayment for goods/services of Program Partners.

User- an individual who purchased a Gift Card at points of sale of Program Partners.

Program- Social (Bonus) program “SUPRA” is a coalition loyalty program that unites Partners from various areas of business.

Website- website of NP "SUPRA", posted by the Service Center on the Internet at the address: www.site

Price- the price of goods/services that the Holder can receive using a Gift Card at the Service Locations.

3. Obligations of the Service Center

Upon receipt of the User/Holder’s Acceptance, the Service Center undertakes to:

3.1. Organize service for the Gift Card Holder at the Partners' retail facilities - Service Locations;

3.2. Ensure that the Gift Card Holder receives goods/services at the Service Locations in an amount not exceeding the denomination of the Gift Card.

3.3. Ensure accounting of funds debited from the Gift Card for goods/services of Partners purchased by the Holder, as well as in the event of a return of a product/service purchased using the Gift Card, ensure the return of the debited funds to the Card from which the debit for this product/service was made;

3.4. Ensure payment to Partners for goods/services sold to Holders using Gift Cards for goods/services by conducting mutual settlements between Partners using funds received by the latter as the denomination of the Gift Card from the User.

3.5. The Service Center acts as an intermediary between the Partner and the Gift Card Holder in the event of mutual claims regarding transactions carried out using Gift Cards, if these claims are related to the debiting and crediting of funds on the Card. At the same time, the Service Center is obliged to accept complaints from Holders, which must be immediately sent to the Partner with explanations from the Service Center.

4. Conditions for issuing, servicing and using Gift Cards.

4.1. To purchase a Gift Card, the User deposits cash into the Partner's cash desk or transfers it by bank transfer. Funds are deposited in the amount of the nominal value of the Gift Card.

4.2. The User agrees that the actual Holder has the right to dispose of the Gift Card.

4.3. The holder - bearer of a Gift Card can only be an individual who receives a product (service) exclusively for personal or family needs unrelated to business activities.

4.4. The holder is considered to have confirmed the desire to use the goods/services of the Partners at the moment when he presented the Gift Card at the checkout of the Service Point.

4.5. Gift cards are accepted for service at all Service Locations listed on the website. Additionally, the Service Locations are indicated in the “Catalog - Guide” attached to the Gift Card at the time of its sale. The information in the Catalog - Guide may be out of date. Accurate information about Service Locations is contained only on the website www.site.

5. The procedure for receiving goods and services using a Gift Card:

5.1. The gift card can be used at any Point of Service outlet multiple times until its face value is fully redeemed.

5.2. It is possible to receive goods and services using the Gift Card at different points of the “Service Place” at the request of its Holder. The total cost of goods/services received with a Gift Card (at one or at different points of the “Service Place”) cannot exceed the card’s face value.

5.3. If the total cost of goods/services is higher than the nominal value of the Gift Card, the Holder must pay the remaining amount at the store’s cash desk - “Service Points”.

5.4. It is allowed to present several Gift Cards at the same time when receiving goods and services. In this case, the denominations of the cards (or the balance of available funds remaining on the cards from the previous purchase of goods/services on the card) are added up and the goods/services can be provided within this amount.

5.6. The holder is obliged to familiarize himself with the terms of purchase of goods/services before purchasing them.

5.14. Obligations to transfer Goods/services to the Holder arise directly from the Partners. The service center is not responsible for the quality of goods/services transferred/provided by Partners. The Holder undertakes to submit all claims regarding the quality of goods sold by the Partner and services provided directly to the Partner.

6. Conditions and procedure for fulfilling obligations by the Service Center.

6.1. The Service Center fulfills its obligations to the Holder only on the condition that the Holder, in accordance with clause 4.4. of this Offer, confirmed his desire to receive the Partner’s goods and services;

6.2. The service center records transactions on Gift Cards on-line via the Internet using protocols that ensure adequate security of information transfer.

6.3. The Service Center has the right to change the list of Partners and Service Locations at any time.

6.4. The Service Center is not responsible for the loss of the Gift Card by the Holder, for its unauthorized copying after the purchase of the Gift Card, as well as for other fraudulent actions of third parties.

6.5. The service center is not responsible for the quality, procedure and timing of the provision of goods/services by Partners. All claims regarding the quality of Goods sold and services provided must be sent directly to Partners in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation, in particular in accordance with the Law “On the Protection of Consumer Rights”.

7. Sales of Gift Cards.

7.1. Gift cards are sold through Partner outlets. Partners have the right to accept funds from Users as payment for the value of the Gift Card.

7.2. Gift Cards are sold to Users at the Card's face value. The Partner does not have the right to sell cards at a cost exceeding the nominal value of the Gift Card, as well as to charge Users commissions, fees and other payments related to the sale of Gift Cards

7.3. Along with the Gift Card, at the time of its sale, the User is given:

    Rules for Using the SUPRA Gift Card;

    “Catalog - Guide” indicating Partners and Gift Card Service Locations;

    Gift packaging (Envelope).

8. Final provisions

8.1. This Offer becomes valid after its posting on the website www.site.

8.2. The Service Center has the right at any time to make any changes to the text of this Offer, terminate the Offer, or place a new Offer. All changes to the Offer become valid after being posted on the website.

8.3. In the event of any contradictions, the text of the Offer posted on the website www.supra-tomsk.ru. will take precedence over any other text of the Offer.

8.4. Any information presented in any kind of Accompanying Documentation is valid only if it is directly confirmed by the text of the Offer and the information posted on the site.

For the convenience of servicing your family, the Program provides the possibility of issuing Additional SUPRA cards for family members of Personalized Bonus Card Holders and their relatives.
An additional bonus card “SUPRA” is issued upon the Application of the owner of the Personal Bonus Card. The issue of an Additional Card is subject to a fee. The cost of the issue is determined in accordance with the approved Tariffs of the Service Center - NP "SUPRA". Funds for the Additional SUPRA bonus card are credited from the card account of the owner of the SUPRA Personalized Card upon his written application on a monthly or quarterly basis.

3. SMS mailings with News and Promotions of Program Partners

The cost of the SMS Service is 50 (Fifty) SUPRA bonuses per calendar period.
Payment for the Service will be debited from the holder’s SUPRA card.
The calendar period for the provision of the Service is considered to be a period of 30 days from the date of the last payment for the service.
Payment for the service is charged to the Holders' SUPRA card in advance, subject to a positive balance on the SUPRA card.
If there are insufficient funds on the holder's card at the time of debiting the payment, the payment will not be debited. In this case, the service will be temporarily blocked!
The next time you top up your SUPRA card balance, the payment will be debited and the provision of the Service will resume.

If the service remains unpaid for three months, it is automatically disabled. Reconnection of the service is resumed based on a written application from the Cardholder.

The amount of payment for the service does not depend on:
. the period of actual use of the SUPRA card during the calendar period;
. mobile operator of the Cardholder;
. the number of SMS messages received by the SUPRA Cardholder within the framework of this Service.

NP “SUPRA” reserves the right to change these Terms, including the Cost of the Service, with prior notification to participants of the “SUPRA” Program at least 7 (Seven) calendar days before such changes come into effect.
